This item is amazing! It arrived in practically perfect condition and also in BackMarket shipping packaging. The battery health was at 86% and for comparison, my brand-new iPhone 14 from June 2023 that I've used the crap out of every day is at 73%. For a refurbished phone, this iPhone 12 has been amazing and my fiancee loves it. I really recommend BackMarket to anyone who's looking to upgrade their phone but not to the newest, latest and greatest - ONLY to the mint/perfect condition ones. I previously purchased a "good" condition iPhone 12 and it shattered/broke completely following ONE simple drop from about 4 or 5 ft high. Definitely only go with the higher quality ones.

Was a nervous buying from Back Market but my phone came as advertised with a new battery. Very happy with my purchase, would/will shop here again. I checked out the seller reviews beforehand as well (because Back Market is more of a broker, they don’t refurbish the phones themselves) and the company that sold mine had very good reviews.

I hesitated for a long time to buy a refurbished iPhone. I shopped around different places but always came back to Back Market. Their prices and warranty are great. A buddy of mine told me to checkout backmarket… at first I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit skeptic… however after everything arrived I couldn’t be anymore happy… back market came through for me on everything from customer service to my trade-in as well as sent me a great quality “new” refurbished phone that I’m very pleased with… would highly recommend backmarket and I’m looking forward to my next purchase.

I was nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone anywhere other than through Apple but the iPhone 13 mini was never available at the Apple Refurbished store, so after looking around I felt the most confident purchasing through Back Market. The 13 mini I purchased arrived a couple of days early and I received notifications when it was going to be delivered so I'd be there to sign for it and the driver did require a signature. The phone was exactly what I'd hoped for and now I feel a little silly being so worried about it. I will buy from Back Market again.

I bought a iPhone 14 pro max 512gb in the excellent condition in the deep purple. When I received it, it looked almost as if someone bought the phone brand new and returned it. Absolutely zero issues with the phone and its performance. I'll definitely be coming back to backmarket.
