I believe I ordered the excellent version I’m not entirely sure I can’t remember but if it was not the excellent version then it was the next best version. Either way there was very little sign of usage other than a very small white chip mark in the paint on the back. No original box was included. Just bubble wrap along with the correct(lightning) charging cable. Also can’t remember if the wall charging brick was included or not but the correct cable was included. No headphones. Battery works great. Screen was just fine nice and bright and responsive like it should be. Once I got through apples dreadful login process everything was fine. (That has nothing to do with back market) the actual product was fine and is working fine and looks just fine too other than that small paint spot on the back. Will be ordering from back market again the future.

The condition of the iPod is excellent. Shipping was timely and item was packed well. A few minor problems: charging cable did not work at all even though it looks new (luckily I had an old one still lying around), iPod content was not cleared/wiped after previous user and iPod was not restored to factory settings. This just seems lazy for an entity who is refurbishing/reselling tech. Since it's an iPod there's no personal info involved but it's kind of annoying to need to do those steps as a buyer. All in all it was good. Just some little but important details need to be smoothed out by this refurbisher.

Ordered the good condition looks fantastic no issues at all only thing is that the device was not wiped when I received it so it took a little longer to reset myself I did erase previous owners data and everything

ordered the iPod for my daughter it's got two deep gouges on the back screen is in good condition didn't realize that Apple doesn't support them anymore wish that the seller would have made that clear in their listing description The iPod only updates to 12.5.7 iOS and most apps cannot be downloaded onto that version of iOS

The iPod I bought came in good condition. I had to wipe it as it came with a lot of data already but the iPod was nice and it is still working well.

Condition was good except for some weird smudges in top corner. Other than that the iPad was in perfect condition.

im so happy they both work and trust me when I say im Grateful for receiving them so fast. The funny thing about it is when I got my package one was in a box the other one was multi pack in bubble wrapped . I was okay then another one I was okay started laughing because it was very well package in proprotected. I should've a video it was like a Christmas gift. Thank you my twins will love it. in the best price ever. no damages to report they both came in excellent condition.

There is a malfunction on the product: the headphone jack does NOT work. I tried it with three headphones that work on other devices.
