I ordered the phone in excellent condition. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. It looks like a new device except it has two small chips on the front by the screen. They are a cosmetic issue. The phone works well. The only issue I’ve had is a couple of time the screen has frozen up and I’ve had to end the program and restart. My buying experience was pleasant and I recommend back market to anyone looking for a refurbished device. I have a small complaint about the speakers. I’m not sure they were thoroughly cleaned. They are muffled during calls and when on speaker phone. I’ve heard it’s not too hard to clean them but haven’t tried yet.

The iPhone 12 came like new no scratches dents nothing. It was as advertised or better. I would definitely recommend this type of phone refurbished to anyone looking great job back market. Keep up the good work.

Order came quick! I ordered Tuesday night and got it Friday evening! It looks and works as if it is brand new! It also came with a charging box (which I believe Apple doesn’t provide anymore, just the cable) overall 5/5 stars, couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much 😊

I ordered in excellent condition and although my phone had a few scratches here and then more than it should have, it was worth the cost since it has a new battery and new camera system. I did have buy the same phone a week ago and refunded it due to lack of quality however this was worth the wait.

The monitor arrived packed safely, was easy to set up, and the screen looks great. The stand is the weak link. It works for me in my current desk configuration, but is not adjustable and has a large footprint.

The monitor is as I expected the refresh rate is good for my purposes and it even has some extra functions. The packaging was very well kept and the only thing I really have to complain aout is that I didn't know it has no display port, so I had to buy an adapter.

I bought this iPhone for my 96 year old mother to replace the old one she had. Due to her slight dementia she needed a phone exactly like her old one, so she would be comfortable using it.
