This laptop is working perfectly. It's value for my money. You would never know its refurbished. I would encourage anyone looking for a laptop to buy from Back market. Keep it up guys. You didn't disappoint.

Exceeded expectations with what seems to be a somewhat hot rodded older computer... spent more on a refurbished xps from dell and other than the absence of a touch screen, this one is superior

I wasn’t sure about this online used electronics situation but honestly, I got an excellent laptop for a very good price. It works so well. I’m a grad student and do a lot of GIS and heavy graphics work. Normally I’m priced out of getting a machine that has anything beyond the basic capabilities needed. Getting a refurbished laptop was a win win win, and as a bonus I didn’t have to feed the exploitative and genocidal industry behind new batteries and electronics. If you’re on the fence, my suggestion is go for it.

I received my laptop on the expected date. The laptop was partially charged (not a bad thing) and started right up. the screen and cosmetic exterior were near perfect. the bottom has a couple superficial scratches probably just from normal use. It came with a charger and it all works like new. No issues connecting different devices or wifi. the microphone, camera, sound work. Great battery life so i’m not stuck to a wall.

I am a fan of this site. I've used it twice, and I am very happy with the Dell Latitude E7270 12-inch laptop I have purchased this time. It arrived quickly and intact. There were no scratches to the outside of the laptop, and it performs as it should.Great price too! Very satisfied return customer.

This PC is wonderful. Shipping was quick, the unit is in great condition cosmetically. HOWEVER: when I powered it up the fan sounded like an old reel projector and i received a BIOS error message that the CPU fan was undetectable. It wasn't an airflow noise, it was a mechanical noise so loud you could hear it from down the hall. I popped the cover off and saw that the fan plate was almost imperceptibly depressed in the middle. I detached the fan from the plate (keeping it plugged in) and gently pressed it back into shape over my knee. Screwed it back in, plugged everything back in and booted up. The fan is now nearly silent; I can hear that it is working, but I don't feel like there's a silent movie projector in the room. The fan error is also gone from startup and there's no additional fan errors in the BIOS log. I still got a screaming deal on this $1400 PC, this is my third purchase from BackMarket and I'll for sure be back. Since I don't know what caused the bent plate and I know they would have given me my money back if I asked, I'm not taking away any stars. But be aware, while looking around online, fan noise seems to be a common complaint for these units.

I am satisfied with the Dell Latitude laptop I purchased through Back Market. It meets my expectations for what I was wanting to do with it. I especially like the size and lightness of this laptop. I would recommend this Dell to anyone. Thanks again.

I was looking for an affordable office productivity laptop that would be great for general office things. I haven't upgraded in a long, long time and I think that every laptop I've ever owned suffered from AC (wall power) separation anxiety as I always needed to know where a plug was during a meeting or I'd lose power fairly quickly. This Dell 7480 was eye-opening to say the least after working with the battery alone for a 4-hours and only took a few hours to be back to full charge. I got the "Good" condition and it came in perfect condition in my mind. Highly recommend this machine for general purpose work/school work. Just don't expect the performance to be great at multi-tasking and limit your chrome tabs as it will bog down. I went into this knowing it was a note-taking, web browsing uni-tasker and I and pleased with it.
