I made the switch to Samsung because of Min Yoongi I'm gonna be honest. Him smiling on the front row had me going wow he REALLY likes this company. I'm not a heavy phone user. It's why I have used a 5s iphone since it came out and I only upgraded to a iPhone SE 2020 because my job that paid me barely over $12 kept saying my phone was too small. Imagine that. iPhone SE 2020 too small to STOCK GROCERIES ON A SHELF. That's the miserable world we live in. I quit that job and kept the iPhone but again, I'm not a heavy user. I literally use it as a glorified alarm clock. I'm the person who had an iPod shuffle and miss it. The little clip on one. Anyways I said when I do upgrade, I'm getting refurbished because HELLO I am team PLANET. Hence why I use my electronics until I literally cannot. I recycle so much I made that the symbol on my cat's id tag. I LOVE upcycling and everything I really do. Moving on to the phone review if you are still here. I'm gonna be COMPLETELY honest. I got the phone because it flips. I love tiny phones that close. I like opening my phone and closing it. I made several calls and thought, hmm, maybe talking on the phone is ok. Not really cos everything NOW...

I absolutely love the phone. It’s a great size for my small hands fits perfectly. The only complaint that I really have is that the battery health was already at 81% so I be having to replace later on

this phone is almost perfect. screen and back glass looks practically brand new. there are some nicks on the corner of the phone and charge port but that's about it. the only reason this phone is getting a 4 and not a 5 star is due to the delay on the phone. but this phone is working great and I will be sure to use back market and recommend friends

Amazing physical condition. At the start the phone was asking me everyday to install an update so I was worried something was wrong but so far I haven't had that issue anymore! This phone has a similar glitch to my z flip 3 that I just traded in, where I will hear that I'm receiving a call but I can't SEE it or accept it! I guess that might be a Samsung issue not a backmarket issue. It's been a few months though and I am satisfied.

Everything is pretty great, the phone I bought (Galaxy Z fold 4) was as advertised. It's been working great, but after just a month, the folding screen now has a thin line across the top of the phone that shows only white light. The light on one side of the line is flickering dim then brighter. Everything else still works great.

Received item in the condition that was advertised "Good." Phone is fully functional on T-mobile network and the screen is in as new condition. The seller states that phone is eligible to be unlocked after 90 days in service.

Haven't used the phone other than turned it on and inspected it because it's a Christmas gift for my wife. However I can speak to the fast delivery and the phone is in what I would've expected to be better condition than the (Good) rating it was. So far I am very pleased and will definitely be purchasing from Back Market again.

Like you, I was hesitant to order a phone. I got the Flip 3 in Excellent condition. So glad I did. Phone is in pristine condition. Easy to transfer the phone. Turned on with no issues. Highly recommend Back Market.

I love this phone! Getting refurbished will last a while if you take care of it!
