4/5I had bought 2 pens from here and one of the pen tips broke internally and both of the pen erasers never worked. There is a metal wrap on the pens covering up the previous owners which is a school district. There metal wrap cuts into your hands and hurts

2.4/5Pen didn't work. The only thing that worked was the eraser button. The only "refurbishing" that was done was to put a grippy sticker over the engraved "Property of Fulton County Schools" engraving. I expected marks, not an engraving. I would have communicated with BackMarket, buuut their communication page was 404. Edited to add…backmarket keeps emailing me for a review even though I left one weeks ago.

2/5The pen was described as in excellent condition, but was definitely not. Firstly... It doesn't work. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers on the computer and then manually installing new ones. Nothing I do can get the pen to write despite being connected. Secondly, It came with a cheap vinyl cover on it and upon removal of the cover it has property of Fulton County Schools etched into the side. This may indicate that its stolen, or at minimum I don't think this puts it in the excellent condition category.

2/5Laptop makes a weird whining noise & heated up pretty fast and is blowing out hot air and the charger has a shortage in it but hey Atleast it turned on , wouldn’t recommend
