The laptop is working great! I bought it so I could play my games, since I can't play games on the company's laptop (outrageous!) The little rubber at the bottom of the laptop is coming off, but I can pretty much glue it myself, not a reason to send back or anything. 10/10 !!!

I bought this unit to use for ChromeOS Flex. It is a model that is certified to run ChromeOS Flex. So far, it does exactly what I want it to do. It runs. No issues. As I looked for models to use, I compared prices for the end of support. I found that it actually made more sense to buy a cheaper model with a few years of support than a model that would be supported until 2030. The cost per year was still less with this model than with newer models. This was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

I love it. The only thing I didn’t like is that it didn’t come with a wireless keyboard and mouse, and it didn’t come with a plug. I had to purchase a plug off of Amazon. And it has a passcode on there and I dont know what it is so that I can set up my own passcode on there. So if you can, can you please email me the passcode

Item was password locked with a corporate Icloud account attached to it. Luckily my son knows how to get passed it and we were able to unlock it but others might not be able too. The machine was in great condition and it works fine.

The Good: iMac was exactly as described. Good condition and functions perfectly. Delivery was prompt and delivery man put in house for my wife. The Not so Good: The wireless keyboard and mouse that came with it although was like new, lacked the receiver chip that plugs into the USB port rendering them useless. Luckiy the old iMac replacing this one had an apple keyboard and mouse. Verdict: Very happy with purchase and BackMarket. Found the website by search and would recommend.

Love the mac pro. It arrived earlier than expected. Well packed and working as expected. The payment plan came in handy. Will buy again from back market.

The only difficulty is the screen is too small forme to work with. I have for several days to use the computer, but withuut success. I have found one on your site that I believe is a good fit for me, but I can't afford to buy it until I get a refund for the one I have. Please send shipping instructions and an RMA. Thank you.

I havent really used the device yet. Arrived promptly, packaged well and seems to be working properly. Will use Back Market again!
