I cannot connect to this Hatch. It is NOT fully refurbished. The original user has to deregister the device or add me as a second user, which seems like it might not be possible. Can the seller please look into this issue? The prompt when trying to connect via Hatch app says all of this and that none of the rest or restore products are able to register beyond one user. So idk why this wasn’t done. Incredibly frustrating and such a waste of time and money. If I do not hear back I will be sending back for full refund.

Love it already and it's only been a day! Exactly what I wanted for an extremely reasonable price. Arrived quickly, well wrapped, and in perfect condition. Just wasn't charged but that's okay.

Wyse vacuum is good little vacuum for a low price. Quiet and lightweight, works well on both my carpet and hard floors. One downside is the battery doesn't last long.

Great product! Works perfectly. Would have given 5 stars, but bolts and screws were not included. I had to get my own.

loved how fast the item arrived to my doorstep. however , it was missing some of the installation screws / remote. besides for a “excellent ” item it looks flawless . absolutely loved it
