If I hadn’t known it wasn’t a new phone, I would have never guessed it was refurbished. No wear visible. The phone was packaged securely and came with a brand new charging cord. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you for offering a way to purchase a new to me phone without having to buy brand new.

i have ordered from Back market a few times in the past for my son, in they have all been iPhones .. shipping was quick in the phones were in pretty good condition. same for my iphone 12 pro max, i got it quick and i purchased it to be in “fair condition” in its barely a scrape on it, i love that .. however the owner did not send the correct charger with the phone so ofc i was little upset about that but not too much because i already had a charger, but still. anywho i contacted the owner who was very respectful and refunded me back $10 .. that was great . so overall i’ve had the phone for about 15 days in so far it’s greatttttt. i upgraded because my last iphone was “going out” you could say, it had a lot of problems etc . butttt this iphone 12 pro max hereee.. the battery time is great, doesn’t run hot from talking/ft all day, and the phone doesn’t die quickly anymore .. it doesn’t freeze up or anything, no turning it on and off🤭 i paid the $25 activation fee in was on my new phone same day it arrived lol .. its only been about 2 weeks i’ve been having it now so i will be back with an update, but i love this site i know i will be ordering from here again lol

Picked up a Galaxy S23 a few weeks ago. It has an E-sim that my 'backup S21 FE' doesn't have. The S23 is wicked fast, slightly smaller than my S21 FE. I had to clean off what looked like dried glue/flaky stuff on the top edge, no problem. Overall another great find for me! Thanks Back Market!

This is my second device Ive bought and I gotta say they did it again this is the best condition and the best seller I mean refurbished is way better I’m just gonna put out there for yall who doesn’t trust this type of store or service but I’ll tell you one thing back market has evolve their workers might be perfect or not perfect but in the end of the day we’re just human working to be better, and I’m glad I have the things to say thank you back market.

My phone arrived in the mail early and was easy to set up despite a few hiccups with Samsung Accounts. That did not affect my experience using the phone and enjoying the features such as the camera and google messaging.

Great phone really works great and speed is great for a refurbished phone works like new. Nothing wrong with phone.

I had a very good purchasing experience. There was lots to from as far as condition, prices, etc.. I purchased an older model due to the fact I'm very hard on my phones and they offered what I needed at a great cost. The phone works as it should. It's condition was very good, and I'm supremely happy!!

I bought this for my son for Christmas. I did spend a little extra to get a premium phone and I am not a bit disappointed. He was able to easily set the phone up from our couch and start using it right away. So far, it’s been a pleasant experience.
