I have never bought anything refurbished. I took a flyer and picked up the s22 plus in excellent condition. this phone looks brand new not a scratch or scuff on it anywhere trust me we looked it over very well I plan on buy me the s22 ultra soon and giving this to my grandson I hope I get the phone from the same selller

If I hadn’t known it wasn’t a new phone, I would have never guessed it was refurbished. No wear visible. The phone was packaged securely and came with a brand new charging cord. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you for offering a way to purchase a new to me phone without having to buy brand new.

This is my third phone from Back Market. My previous iPhone XR lasted 4 years! So far I love the iPhone 14 - it doesn’t differ much aside from the better photo quality and larger capacity. The only downside was that purchased the Premium condition and I was disappointed that there was a long scratch near the camera face. Otherwise phone works perfectly.

i have ordered from Back market a few times in the past for my son, in they have all been iPhones .. shipping was quick in the phones were in pretty good condition. same for my iphone 12 pro max, i got it quick and i purchased it to be in “fair condition” in its barely a scrape on it, i love that .. however the owner did not send the correct charger with the phone so ofc i was little upset about that but not too much because i already had a charger, but still. anywho i contacted the owner who was very respectful and refunded me back $10 .. that was great . so overall i’ve had the phone for about 15 days in so far it’s greatttttt. i upgraded because my last iphone was “going out” you could say, it had a lot of problems etc . butttt this iphone 12 pro max hereee.. the battery time is great, doesn’t run hot from talking/ft all day, and the phone doesn’t die quickly anymore .. it doesn’t freeze up or anything, no turning it on and off🤭 i paid the $25 activation fee in was on my new phone same day it arrived lol .. its only been about 2 weeks i’ve been having it now so i will be back with an update, but i love this site i know i will be ordering from here again lol

Everything with my new-to-me iPhone 13 was awesome. It was in 'Good' condition but I couldn't find any marks on it except for a couple of tiny spots near the charging port. Works great, a lower cost upgrade from my iPhone 8. Got the price for it I was quoted, just waiting for it to get to me. My son was so impressed with my transaction he decided to upgrade his phone too. Thanks!!!

Picked up a Galaxy S23 a few weeks ago. It has an E-sim that my 'backup S21 FE' doesn't have. The S23 is wicked fast, slightly smaller than my S21 FE. I had to clean off what looked like dried glue/flaky stuff on the top edge, no problem. Overall another great find for me! Thanks Back Market!

This is my second device Ive bought and I gotta say they did it again this is the best condition and the best seller I mean refurbished is way better I’m just gonna put out there for yall who doesn’t trust this type of store or service but I’ll tell you one thing back market has evolve their workers might be perfect or not perfect but in the end of the day we’re just human working to be better, and I’m glad I have the things to say thank you back market.

I absolutely love this phone and what it's capable of. I bought a samsung galaxy z fold 4 through back market. I chose the in fair continued one and it was hardly noticeable that it was pre-owned. I'd honestly never be able to afford such a cool phone like this one outside of back market. I have most definitely recommended them to my friends.

My new phone arrived quickly. It was ready to go out of the box. I am really liking the samsung experience so far. The camera takes high quality pictures and the phone is very responsive. Biosecurity was easy to set up and works well.
