So far so good haven't had any issues yet. It's really fast and the battery seems to be holding up good. I've never had an S-Series before so it's been quite refreshing highly recommend just be cautious and research when you are getting refurbished stuff

Phone looked great and held charge very well after opening up. We finally made time to activate it, and got message that the camera had been replaced with a non-Apple camera. Jury still out on how good the after market camera is. Understand that it’s refurbished, but figured that might be battery and such.

If I hadn’t known it wasn’t a new phone, I would have never guessed it was refurbished. No wear visible. The phone was packaged securely and came with a brand new charging cord. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you for offering a way to purchase a new to me phone without having to buy brand new.

Everything with my new-to-me iPhone 13 was awesome. It was in 'Good' condition but I couldn't find any marks on it except for a couple of tiny spots near the charging port. Works great, a lower cost upgrade from my iPhone 8. Got the price for it I was quoted, just waiting for it to get to me. My son was so impressed with my transaction he decided to upgrade his phone too. Thanks!!!

This is my third phone from Back Market. My previous iPhone XR lasted 4 years! So far I love the iPhone 14 - it doesn’t differ much aside from the better photo quality and larger capacity. The only downside was that purchased the Premium condition and I was disappointed that there was a long scratch near the camera face. Otherwise phone works perfectly.

i have ordered from Back market a few times in the past for my son, in they have all been iPhones .. shipping was quick in the phones were in pretty good condition. same for my iphone 12 pro max, i got it quick and i purchased it to be in “fair condition” in its barely a scrape on it, i love that .. however the owner did not send the correct charger with the phone so ofc i was little upset about that but not too much because i already had a charger, but still. anywho i contacted the owner who was very respectful and refunded me back $10 .. that was great . so overall i’ve had the phone for about 15 days in so far it’s greatttttt. i upgraded because my last iphone was “going out” you could say, it had a lot of problems etc . butttt this iphone 12 pro max hereee.. the battery time is great, doesn’t run hot from talking/ft all day, and the phone doesn’t die quickly anymore .. it doesn’t freeze up or anything, no turning it on and off🤭 i paid the $25 activation fee in was on my new phone same day it arrived lol .. its only been about 2 weeks i’ve been having it now so i will be back with an update, but i love this site i know i will be ordering from here again lol

Picked up a Galaxy S23 a few weeks ago. It has an E-sim that my 'backup S21 FE' doesn't have. The S23 is wicked fast, slightly smaller than my S21 FE. I had to clean off what looked like dried glue/flaky stuff on the top edge, no problem. Overall another great find for me! Thanks Back Market!

I was a bit disappointed that the item took a while to ship, but it technically wasn't outside of the shipment window described. They said give it 2-3 business days to ship. I ordered the phone Friday the 4th, and it wasn't shipped till Tuesday the 8th (3rd business day) and showed up today, the 10th. The phone itself looks perfect as far as I'm aware. It did not come in a Pixel box, but that isn't an issue. I ordered the Pixel 9 Pro XL (256GB) in Pink, as "premium" quality, and I think that's exactly what I got! There were no marks on the screen and the outside looked good, too. I thought I might've seen a tiny little scratch around the border, but I think it was just something on my fingers because I couldn't find it again. Setup was incredibly easy and I haven't had any issues thus far. If i do, I will give an update but I think it's great! I will say though, check the reviews for this company on Google. Just because I had a good experience doesn't mean everyone will. I only thought to check once the shipping seemed late. Overall, positive experience.
