processing was a few days long but when shipped it was fast shipping. I understand that processing takes time but my experience here was amazing. I will continue to use this app and maybe bubuy from the same seller. item is like brand new. I am very pleased with it.

Phone works great! Body condition was fine, had a few small scratches and blemishes but I put a case on it anyways. Screen was flawless, no cracks no scratches no nothing! it came unlocked and seems to function perfectly. This is my second time purchasing from back market and I will always be a returning customer.

What I ordered waa a used, "excellent" Galaxy Note 20 locked to Verizon - What I got is a ( likely ) former store display with all original parts, almost ZERO imperfections, 98 percent battery health and only very minor, basically invisible screen burn; UNLOCKED. Considering I got the warranty for screen replacements in the future, I'd say that's a great compromise for the money. Great phone.
