I recently purchased a MacBook Pro (2021) 16-inch - M1 Pro (10-core CPU, 16-core GPU) - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD from Back Market in “Good” refurbished condition, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed. As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. So far, this has been a fantastic purchasing experience, and I will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, don’t hesitate—this is the way to go!

I was pleasantly surprised by my purchase of my Macbook Pro. It was shipped very quickly and arrived damaged free. The condition I purchased was "good", so I didn't expect much. However, there was hardly any signs of wear on it, besides a small mark on the side. I was able to update the OS to the latest version, shocking me because the model year is 2019. I had it for around a couple of weeks and have experienced no problems at all. I even received emails making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Combine this with the year warranty, I am worry free taking the leap and buying a refurbished product. I will have no issues purchasing more products from Back Market in the future.

I was definitely a bit apprehensive about purchasing refurbished let alone not from an authorised retailer, but back market has not only earned my permanent business but also granted me peace of mind about purchasing in the future. I ordered a 2019 MacBook Pro 16" in good condition and couldn't be more pleased. Outside of a few light scratches on the exterior casing it arrived in great condition; far better than expected. Battery life is what is to be expecting out of a refurbished device, so no complaints there. I highly recommend both Back Market as well as the seller Omaha Blue for your purchasing needs. I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

My product arrived promptly, and the entire process was easy and simple enough. I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro 16” in “good” condition, and was very satisfied with what I received. My only negative was the charging block I received does not work. The cord was also extremely dirty, but it does work!

I got my MacBook Pro really fast and am thrilled with my purchase. Everything works as expected and I'm happy that I was able to save so much money by buying a refurbished one. I can't think of any reason not to shop here again. I highly recommend!

This laptop arrived in fantastic condition AND with an older operating system (OS 13). I really appreciate the option to upgrade. Honestly I don’t think I will buy new Apple products anymore. BackMarket deals are too good and all the refurbished stuff I’ve bought (MacBook Pro & iPhone 14 Pro) is in near-new condition. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely love my new MacBook Pro! I was a little nervous about ordering a refurbished MacBook from the back market but I don’t regret it at all. It came super fast, packaged with care, I got my my MacBook in excellent condition and Wow it’s looks brand new!! No complaints. Will be ordering again in the future

For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. ...
