I ordered an unlocked Google Pixel 7. My order arrived within the expected time frame, and I was very satisfied with how the phone was packaged. It arrived safely in a bubble wrap-lined pouch inside a cardboard box. I chose the "excellent" condition option, and I'm very happy to say that my Pixel 7 meets that description entirely. I couldn't find a scratch or dent anywhere on it. It looks and runs like a completely new phone! I've been using it for over a week now, and I don't have a single complaint. The battery life is worlds better than with my previous Pixel 3XL, and the Pixel OS is great as ever. I haven't had a chance to really try out the camera yet, but from the few pictures I've snapped it seems great. The phone was unlocked as described, and transferring the sim card from my old phone took all of 30 seconds. This is my first Back Market purchase, and I will definitely consider them now for all my electronic needs.

Incredibly fast shipping, minutes the 91% battery health, you wouldn’t be able to tell it was refurbished. Shipping was literally 3 days. Thanks guys

Back Market has been my go-to for years for smart phones. I've never been disappointed. I love the communication. As far as my newest phone, who in their right mind would cry about a Pixel 8? It's awesome!

I had read a lot of negative reviews of Back Market on reddit and other places, but I am pretty happy with the seller I got paired with, Pegasus Mobile. I picked the cheapest option "fair" and received a Pixel 7a with a slight squiggly scratch on the screen near the camera pinhole, but is only really noticeable when the light hits it right and the screen is showing black. The battery status seems fine, I have accubattery running to hopefully give me an estimate in the future.

The phone was in great condition. I'd argue better than what it was marketed as. It did have screen burn in at the top which wasn't in the description but it's unnoticeable in dark mode. Also the glue came loose quite easily but it's still strong. Still a great product though.

This phone arrived charged and ready to go. All it's buttons functioning, the camera works great. The biggest disappointment is the screen burn in. I going to guess this was once a sample phone because all home function buttons are burnt into the bottom screen and are very visible. This was purchased as "fair" and though this particular bit of info is not included as an option there it is. So the screen looks great when turned off not so much when on. I don't think there is any recourse since screen burn in isn't mentioned as wear and tear type of issue. I'm not happy with this. At the time it was a good price 7 Pro's are way more expensive now.

I'm very pleased with my new phone! I've been a Pixel user for three phones, now, and love them. I knew I wanted the coral 7a from the moment it released. I finally have one! I also only paid half price for it - and got a trade-in value from my old phone, which I also bought used from BackMarket! I'm pleased with every purchase, so far, from BM and will definitely be continuing to buy phones this way.

This is my first time using Back Market so I'm pleasantly surprised at the phone quality. The phone arrived on-time and there were no cracks or damage on the screen. The phone is working great after having it for a few weeks. If anything changes, I'll update this review but so far, so good! :)

No complaints from me. I initially purchased a refurb from Amazon, and was not happy with the quality of their work. After deciding I would send it back and order from here, I have been presently surprised that everything has gone above and beyond what I expected. Its not perfect, there are some scuffs and cosmetic issues, but the phone was clearly well taken care of in its previous life and if any refurb work was done, it was done with care.
