Yah! Another great buy from BackMarket. The response time of this computer is amazing and I am so happy with this purchase. Of course, all of my electronics have come from BackMarket - computer, telephone (times 2) ipad ((x2) - all are great and I wholeheartedy recommend for any refurbished items.

I originally purchased this laptop as to have for when I am away from home to be able to write with. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had a low level graphics card in it as well and didn't just rely on the integrated graphics from the CPU. I guess I may have missed that detail while I was looking it up. But, knowing that I can install some of my Steam games on it and play them while I'm away from home as well was definitely welcomed. Top that off with the fact that it came in very good condition and I am a happy customer.

i love the computer and that it has the latest hardware. Its working great and a huge help and leap forward. I guess the only drawback is that the processors are not compatible with the latest version of Windows 11 and as such the operating system cant be any further updated but thats not a big deal for me at this point. I've run Windows 7 desktops before with no problems. Anyway Thankyou, bottom line Iam more than satisfied and I thank you. Have a happy new year! Shaun

I bought it for home use, but with how good the hardware is and how small the profile of the machine is, I'm most likely going to be using it as a travel PC aswell. It's quite an impressive little slab. Handles everything well, except mid-high end gaming. Of course, I wasn't expecting it too be able too based on the specs, but for literally every other function it's perfect.

The laptop works great but the battery life is the worst so I think I'll open it up myself and replace the battery and probably the storage two but the battery seriously dosent even last a hour it was supposed to be refurbished but other than that the laptop runs really well has great specs for the price and overall I'm very happy with the product

Product is marketed as a 2020 model laptop. It was also marketed as being non-touch screen. 2 details that were misrepresented. I confirmed with Dell that this laptop was only manufactured in 2018. I dug deeper and confirmed that this specific laptop was shipped in 2019. The product was misrepresented by the seller. I would avoid this seller as they are misrepresenting their products, and not repsonsive to inquiries by customers or backmarket. Backmarket refuses to offer a partial refund. The laptop is in "very good" condition as advertised, and I may have gotten lucky. There's no reason to return the laptop as it is in working order. Backmarket's best approach (after the seller became nonresponsive to inquiries regarding the age of the laptop) was to offer a 5% discount on a future purchase to rectify the situation. However, returning the laptop would mean I would have to engage in another risky transaction on this website. It seems Backmarket does not vet their sellers properly, and does not monitor listings for accuracy and misrepresentations.

Love thinkpads, and I have had an excellent experience with refurbished think pads. Been using this one for about a month and I’ve had no issues. Product was delivered timely and well packaged

A great Upgrade from my Dell 3020 to the Xe2. I put an Rx 6400 GPU in alongside a 16 gigabyte’s of ram into the Xe2, Runs AAA Games great. This was my first purchase from Back market and I believe I will be back for more cool electronics:)

It's a good computer. Fatter than I expected for the year,l and was a little glitchy at first but now it's. Perfect. Quick and good. Love it :)
