If your SKEPTICAL listen to this … I always order from Back Market for they are SO TRUSTWORTHY & NEVER fail to disappoint.. But this time I went to a different website because I wanted to save ONLY a couple dollars… BAD MISTAKE my computer came in scratched up! I knew I should have stayed with back market so I returned it and order the same one from here..and baby. NO SCRATCHES even though it’s “fair” condition, It looks brand new. I love how much back market takes its products serious. I’m telling you they are the only ones who actually do great inspections on there refurbished products. 10/10!!!

Had this iMac for 10 months now and it works amazing! I use it to work from home and for school so I’m on it almost everyday and I never have problems. Had to do some troubleshooting when setting it up and have to restart it every 3-4 months when it won’t turn but otherwise never have any problems.

I LOVE my “gently used” MacBook Pro. It has exceeded my expectations. It looks, feels, and works as if it were new. There isn’t more you can ask for! For me, this was a great experience, and I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Bought this Mac Pro Late 2013 for a specific purpose - and this machine fits the bill. Back Market sent me a machine in excellent condition. The only marks on the outside were some kind of smudges on the fan in the top. The cylinder itself was pristine. Opening up the box, the machine was dust free. Back Market even through in a wired keyboard and mouse. Always good to have a usb keyboard / mouse set when tinkering with a machine. The machine itself is fast and reliable. The reason I wanted this model is the support for three monitors... two Thunderbolt 2 (with a miniDP to a modern DP connection) and one HDMI. I have an Ultrawide QHD on one Thunderbolt Bus, plans for a 4K 16:9 on the other and the HDMI into a TV at lower Hz refresh. A++ To Back Market for the buying experience and A+ to price on these making these old Macs now perfect for a special projects machines.

The phone has a few quirks. It has a jumpy screen when I try to enlarge. Suddenly goes dark from time to time. Does not show missed calls. Shows the red dot, but doesn’t list them. If I turn my phone off, then back on then I can see them. I still stand up for refurbishing a phone instead of staying in debt to have a new one. Makes no sense to me.

Love backmarket, the customer service is great. Purchased this item with money from a refund on another ipad I bought here that stopped working randomly. It was within the warranty and they were great with getting me a full refund after shipping it back. I’ve had this Ipad for 4+ years now (daily use) and have never had any issues, it still works great!

This is my 1st purchase of a MacBook. I needed it for work and I didn’t want to buy a brand new one because they are so expensive for me. I heard about this sight and I’m so glad I did. Not only is it in great condition it look brand new! I will definitely be purchasing from this sight again!

Purchased as a gift for my dad few years back, he’s still happy with it. No issues condition was perfect and I purchased another laptop for my mom a few months back. I will definitely be using them for future electronics purchases always.

The laptop came in super fast, only a few days. When we got it, it was already partially charged so we could make sure it worked right away. It looked brand new coming out of the box, but upon closer examination we discovered a few miniscule nicks and scratches on the outer shell. But nothing annoying or even noticeable. The battery is in fantastic condition and it usually lasts through 3 whole workdays before needing a recharge. It runs heavy programs like premiere pro and Photoshop with ease.
