the ipad is very good, i only ordered fair and it came in perfect condition! for a refurbished ipad this is pretty sick, it does get a bit hot when im playing roblox(dont judge me), but overall very good im never second guessing back market again guys. im buying all my shit here forever lmao

First time ordering a refurbished product. Ordered "Good"condition to save money - the laptop came with no scratches at all! Battery cycle count was 30, which is almost nothing. The only issue is they left the package at the back door and I couldn't find it right away and was very worried lol. Wish the courier asked for my signature, but I guess that's on the delivery service and not PowerON (the supplier of my laptop). I'm writing this review 2 years later - still no issues with the MacBook Pro! Thanks.

Great process. I am super happy with my purchase. My imac was carefully and safely packaged. product was in tiptop shape. Absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I can't wait for my next transaction with you again.

I have purchased few items from this Shop I am very impressed with the product I received receipt. I always buy fair because there look and work like brand new . I had a 2012 MacBook Pro and it took forever to load up so I got a bigger MacBook and it stared right up.

It is like having a brand new Mac. When I purchased my 2017 MacBook Pro in 2017 from Apple, I paid nearly $3000 and passed my 2010 down to my wife. It slowly became unusable (pun intended). When a brother turned me on to Back Market it seemed too good to be true, and you know the end of that axiom. Turns out the reconditioned Mac updated flawlessly and works perfectly for a fraction of the cost. I will likely never buy a Mac new. The upgraded Mac from Back Market made the wife very happy. I suppose you know the rest of that axiom as well!

Excellent product. I couldn’t be happier with quality, and speed of laptop. Buying refurbished is the way.

The phone has a few quirks. It has a jumpy screen when I try to enlarge. Suddenly goes dark from time to time. Does not show missed calls. Shows the red dot, but doesn’t list them. If I turn my phone off, then back on then I can see them. I still stand up for refurbishing a phone instead of staying in debt to have a new one. Makes no sense to me.

This is my first experience of buying a refurbished or used device. It meets all the stated indicators. The only complaint is that the battery's autonomy is already quite weak, the charge lasts an average of 4 hours with intensive work. And so, in general, I am very happy with the purchase. I advise you despite the fact that there are quite a lot of contradictory comments on the "Back Market" on the web.
