My new phone has been a really good upgrade thus far. It’s in perfect condition and everything seems to work good. The battery seems to drain a little faster than what Apple said about the phone, but, it hasn’t been a big deal to me. This is probably the 5th phone I’ve purchased from Back Market the past several years and we’ve never had issues with any refurbished phone, so for us, there’s no need to overspend for the latest/greatest phone. And with the ability to trade-in your old phone, Back Market couldn’t have made it any easier to buy a phone.

I had a deal on my Premium Silver iPhone 14 Pro 256gb model as it was the same price as the Premium Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro 128gb. I was sceptical but I pulled the trigger and did not regret it! My iPhone came with the original Apple battery, 100% battery life, miniscule signs of use, and a screen protector! I would recommend Back Market to anyone trying to save a couple hundred bucks on a new iPhone.

The Apple Watch came just as described. Mother says it has a few scratches but honestly it is extremely easy to add a scratch on a Apple Watch. Be more open minded, you are receiving a Apple Watch series 9 GPS+Cellular for $310 with tax. When it is $600 new with tax. I feel people give reviews without thinking. Your at end comment is IF YOU WISH FLAWLESS NEW LEVEL, THEN BUY NEW… the response is also FLAWLESS, oh I do not have that type of money with me right now.

My Galaxy S22 5G 128GB was like new. I took it to my carrier who transferred everything over for me from my old phone (which I got from BackMarket also). I just wish I hadn't waited so long to upgrade!

I appreciate how the iPhone 12 Pro was packed, no chance of breakage. Phone’s condition was better than I expected, like new. I’ve had it for over 2 weeks and haven’t had a single problem. I bought an iPhone from Back Market 4 years ago and was very happy with it as I am with my iPhone 12 Pro. I don’t feel the charging cord that came with the phone was of quality to use, perhaps even defective as it wouldn’t charge unless you held it in bent position. Still, I highly recommend Back Market.

I had ordered The Iphone 13 in good condition and it was definitely worth the price I paid! Once I opened the box, it was well packaged! It already had a screen protector, so I didn't need to put a new one on. It looked new with just a few minor signs of use. Definitely a 10/10 for what I paid for. Highly Recommend This!

I like my galaxy S23. Somethings I noticed is that I've gotten used to certain things on my other phone that isn't a part of this phone. The phone is smaller so when touching the keys I hit more than one key. It's annoying .
