I have to say I was thoroughly impressed after receiving a recommendation for this website, and after placing my order. First and foremost, the devices are unusually inexpensive (obviously a plus); but given options of memory and color on a site exclusively selling refurbished phones was incredible. Secondly, my order was received and I was given a 5 day delivery time. No issues there. But my device came on the 3rd day and I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided. I will certainly continue to recommended this site. Good work

Solid refurbish job, phone has lasted, and worked for me well. Unfortunately dropped it recently without a case. Still operates great, a couple small cracks and its just time to get a new one. Had it without issues for more than two years now.

I received the phone earlier than expected. Popped in the Sim card, transferred over my information and I was in business. However, the charger I received, did not work for this phone. In any event, I'm so happy I did not have to pay over 1k and I'm just as satisfied! YAY!! I will admit I was hesitant to the idea of purchasing a refurbished phone. I am now a believer! My son just said my phone is being weird...guess where his "new" phone is coming from lol!!

Great cost to value ratio compared to Amazon and eBay refurbished models, from what I was finding. My phone arrived in good time and great quality outside of some extremely minor scuffs, which are hidden by my case and was expected since I opted for fair condition. I didn't have any issues transferring data over from my old Galaxy s8. This was the least painful phone transfer I've ever had! After a couple weeks with the new phone I am very very pleased with my purchase!

Honestly I am really pleased. The price was really good, and the phone doesn't have any visible issues. The only thing in slight question is what I think is the included screen protector. It has already cracked a little (hardly noticeable), and I'm pretty sure it happened after I received the phone. I believe this is a Samsung provided screen protector provided with more than likely a replacement screen. Over all its very difficult to tell that this phone is not new. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I don't have any complaints.

This item was in fair condition, and it was nearly perfect, with only one stretch on the screen. Other than that the battery was where I thought the fair condition came from, it ran down pretty quickly. But for the price, it was a great deal.

to be honest I didn't expect the device to be so well I mean I got a phone in the good ranking yet the device isn't that damaged and runs well a little over heat but that's because the games are full on maxed out on graphics I haven't connected it to my carrier yet but soon I will and maybe I'll buy another device from this app and get a iPhone for gaming but either way good app

The phone was just as expected, it works great! This is the second phone I've bought from Back Market and I absolutely love the products! I will be shopping with Back Market again and sharing the information with my family and friends.

Great phone, it's fancy! Everything is good. It came with a new screen protector, which unfortunately prevents the fingerprint biometrics from working. Other than that it's great. I will definitely buy from back market again.
