I am beyond pleased with my Pixel 7 like new phone. It arrived in perfect condition. The set-up went smoothly and so far the only issue I have is I wish they had left the finger print ID button on the back of the phone as it does not always engage. This was my first buying experience with Back Market and the first time I've bought anything reconditioned. Overall a great experience!

I'm very pleased with my Google Pixel 7. It looks new and has no scratcehes on it. The process for ordering was easy and the phone arrived on time. One thing I'm disappointed about is the battery doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as my phones in the past have, two days, needing charged only every other day. I've tried to be sure there aren't apps running the background and even turn the phone off at night in an effort to not have it die during the second day. But the past week, the battery has gotten very low in the early evening of the second day. Luckily I was home and able to charge it while still having it available in case I received a call or text.

I ordered it on a monday was in my mailbox the following tuesday, i got everything transferred by sunset. fast and amazing service. the phone hold up to rating not a single scratch brand new phone for a fraction of the cost

Back Market was excellent. I was a little dubious about them, but students told me they had bought many items like phones from them so I gave them a shot. I was very happy. It arrived when expected. It looked new, even in a box that looked new. The watch seems to work perfectly. In hind-sight, I should have gotten the larger size, but that's on my as it is my first smart watch. I will definetly be looking at Back Market when it's time to get a new phone.

My (new to me) phone arrived on time and is in excellent condition! It looks and functions great. I've only had it for a day but am very impressed. Customer service was kind and helpful when I had a question about shipping. So far I'd recommend!

I received the wrong phone smh... although the process was easy through Back Market. It's a nice phone other than it's not what I ordered. I had reservations about the outcome of such a large purchase online, and my expectations were confirmed. I ordered and paid in full for S23, which was supposed to be 256GB, and they sent me the 128 GB model. My time is very valuable, and I dislike the return policy as now I have to go out of MY way to rectify.

I was nervous at first, but Back Market delivered. Phone came faster than projected, looks about factory new and works flawlessly. The only thing I did not get with my Pixel 8 is the official box or charger, however this phone was 1250 new at T-Mobile I got it for $450. Happy to buy a charger on my own for that price. Back Market is going to save me a ton on tech now that I know about them.

I ordered the phone on a Monday night and it arrived on Thursday with the rest of my mail. So pretty fast. Phone is in excellent condition... if I didn't know any better I would have guessed it was brand new. definitely would use again.

My overall rating for my experience is 2 out 5, not 4 out of 5!!! Bought an unlocked pixel 8 pro and after trying to setup phone with an eSIM, phone shows it is in fact locked to Verizon. Contacted Verizon per the phone's instruction and they confirmed (using the IMEI) the phone is still tied to an active account. Now I'm going to have to send the phone back and start this process over again. Low rating is also because I've already requested a trade-in offer for my old phone and now it's going to expire. Update added after trying to post review: the overall functionality of phone, lens, camera, etc all work fine and phone is in excellent condition. For some reason, even if I select the least happy for all questions asked, it's giving my review a 4 out of 5 rating.
