The order process was all right, but the estimated ship could have been more accurate along the way so that I could make a good decision if the purchased would arrive in time. As it turned out, we received the purchase today and I couldn't be happier. Thanks David

The photo clearly shows an HDMI port but it arrived with a VGA one instead, causing me to scramble up a different cable connection than expected. Also noteworthy is that the description implies wifi is built in, but instead a wifi USB plug was included. I don't really mind and I'm glad they knew to provide it, but it's not quite what I had expected. Shipping was fast with good packaging and it booted up nicely with a clean Windows 10 install.

So far very satisfied with this. It is working well. Easy plug in and install. I wish Windows 11 was included that would have been great. I have entered two sentences,

I love this mini PC and I use it daily. came with preinstalled windows 10. Perfect for work / office usage although I've managed to launch TF2 on it, pretty playable.

PC is working great.. I suggest getting something with more hard drive space but out side of that it’s working great..

Love it and it works so good all you need to get for it is a VGA TO HDMI cable and you will be set thank back market
