I'm extremely pleased with my laptop. It's a bit on the heavy side, more suited for a man but I have come to overlook that. It works smoothly. The exterior is great, I didn't find any scratches. You can't tell that it's refurbished. This is my third laptop purchase from Back Market and I don't have any complaints. The other 2 laptops are working excellently. Overall I am extremely impressed and pleased with my purchases from Back Market, so far its been 2 phones and 3 laptops.

I would like to start by saying that I’m a very busy student, and have little spare time to fix and worry about things like this when I don’t have to. The software is diabolically out of date, even though it is technically windows 11, there are many, many drivers that are either missing, or freakishly out of date. Not to mention the amount of windows updates I need to do before I get uninterrupted work sessions. This is not a HUGE deal, just tedious. But my second and final issue is unacceptable. The screws are missing on the battery. The same screws that hold the battery in place to prevent it from disconnecting from the motherboard. I first noticed this problem when my laptop seems to randomly shut down when I was working. I first thought it was an accident and I probably pressed the power button by mistake. Then, the issue persists and eventually, after some wonky shaking and pressing buttons, the laptop magically turned on again! I didn’t think much of it and continued with my day. The issue becomes more common and more disruptive as time goes by. Eventually, I ran a diagnosis on the battery and found out that the battery itself is not the problem. I updated all the drivers...

It’s a good product I just feel that well you know it’s refurbished but all in all good product. Good shipping times. And just really happy. When I mean you know it’s refurbished. Idk if it’s for every laptop but the fans you can hear them a lot. Also the ports are scratched but that’s it. For fair condition that’s good!!!

I got this for my wife as she is starting classes soon and I felt like she needed a better laptop than the one that she already had. She is happy with it and it will suit her needs. I unfortunately assumed this one had a touchscreen like the version of it that has the i7-cpu in it, but she is still very happy with it overall. It was received quickly, and it was in very good condition.

This is my first purchase from Back market and more than impressed. The laptop just came out so clean and spotless that I thought for a while, if it was sent to the wrong address? Back Market, I have come to stay and I'll recommend this amazing store to all my friends.

I have enjoyed this laptop. It still impresses me with amazing battery life. I have allowed it to sleep since I charged the battery, off and on, and so far it has lasted 5 days and it still has an average of 60% between the two batteries. Thank you so much.

I'm a lifelong Macbook user and I just didn't want to spend the money on a new Mac this time. I thought I would only get this as a temporary laptop and then later buy a new Mac but honestly this does everything I need it to do. The metal body of the laptop is great and much more durable than plastic. I also like the built-in facial recognition to unlock the computer. It also runs the latest Windows 11 (which I couldn't find in the description). For anyone who is doing basic computer tasks (internet, email, zoom etc.) this is perfect and can't beat this price.

I'm a little disappointed with the battery life. It goes down real fast; actually faster than the battery on my computer I have been using for years. Trying to stop whatever is not needing from starting up and running in the background to see if that helps. But as far as the product is concerned, I love it. Only one dent on the top of the computer but doesn't affect it's performance.

I waited a bit before making this review to make sure there were no issues. The computer came in pretty good condition, started up fine. I needed this to run the Adobe suite for school well as my own art and video programs I use in my spare time and it does not disappoint. I recommend this for any art/graphic students.
