I'm extremely pleased with my laptop. It's a bit on the heavy side, more suited for a man but I have come to overlook that. It works smoothly. The exterior is great, I didn't find any scratches. You can't tell that it's refurbished. This is my third laptop purchase from Back Market and I don't have any complaints. The other 2 laptops are working excellently. Overall I am extremely impressed and pleased with my purchases from Back Market, so far its been 2 phones and 3 laptops.

I would like to start by saying that I’m a very busy student, and have little spare time to fix and worry about things like this when I don’t have to. The software is diabolically out of date, even though it is technically windows 11, there are many, many drivers that are either missing, or freakishly out of date. Not to mention the amount of windows updates I need to do before I get uninterrupted work sessions. This is not a HUGE deal, just tedious. But my second and final issue is unacceptable. The screws are missing on the battery. The same screws that hold the battery in place to prevent it from disconnecting from the motherboard. I first noticed this problem when my laptop seems to randomly shut down when I was working. I first thought it was an accident and I probably pressed the power button by mistake. Then, the issue persists and eventually, after some wonky shaking and pressing buttons, the laptop magically turned on again! I didn’t think much of it and continued with my day. The issue becomes more common and more disruptive as time goes by. Eventually, I ran a diagnosis on the battery and found out that the battery itself is not the problem. I updated all the drivers...

It’s a good product I just feel that well you know it’s refurbished but all in all good product. Good shipping times. And just really happy. When I mean you know it’s refurbished. Idk if it’s for every laptop but the fans you can hear them a lot. Also the ports are scratched but that’s it. For fair condition that’s good!!!

This the second device I have purchased from Back Market, and I couldn't be happier with it! It's been a game changer for my setup. The performance is smooth, which makes multitasking so much easier. Plus, it's super lightweight and perfect for traveling. I love being able to take it with me without feeling weighed down. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and portable laptop.

I got this for my wife as she is starting classes soon and I felt like she needed a better laptop than the one that she already had. She is happy with it and it will suit her needs. I unfortunately assumed this one had a touchscreen like the version of it that has the i7-cpu in it, but she is still very happy with it overall. It was received quickly, and it was in very good condition.

It works perfectly for my wife and what she needed to do with it, which is just basic word processing stuff and surfing the Internet. She’s more familiar with Mac. But I told her if she wants a Mac and she could get it herself and that she needs to learn how to use windows. All in all it’s a great little PC. It came in great condition and works perfectly.

One of the biggest problems with modern digital anything is there are usually several ways to arrive at the same place.. or nearly the same place... I almost changed my order to a different unit because I finally found the correct search page which displayed all the similar units... The unit I was considering switching to, had one inch more screen but only 250 hhd instead of the 360 that I have now, which is the only real reason why I didn't change my order... So far everything is running well.. I suspected it will continue to do so 😊

This is my first purchase from Back market and more than impressed. The laptop just came out so clean and spotless that I thought for a while, if it was sent to the wrong address? Back Market, I have come to stay and I'll recommend this amazing store to all my friends.

I have enjoyed this laptop. It still impresses me with amazing battery life. I have allowed it to sleep since I charged the battery, off and on, and so far it has lasted 5 days and it still has an average of 60% between the two batteries. Thank you so much.
