This was a very simple refurbished computer for basic school use. When it arrived it didn't boot correctly and had a rattle. I suspected some damage in shipping and that it was likely an easy repair. I sent it back according to the directions from BackMarket and the seller fixed it and had it back to me within a week. There was no cost to me. It works perfectly when it arrived. I really appreciate how they stood by their guarantee even for this relatively inexpensive product.

So far after 2 or 3 weeks all is good. Use the laptop for browsing and a few games on steam, nothing new, mostly games from 2020ish. Speakers are good but been using Bluetooth earbuds. No issues with track pad. I do plan on buying a hard drive module to increase storage space.

So far, so good. The laptop works well, but it wasn’t very clean upon arrival—I had to remove hair and crumbs from the keyboard, and some are still stuck. There was also an error message when starting up, but hopefully, I’ve fixed it and won’t see it again. Overall, it’s functional, but I expected better cleanliness and initial condition.

I got it at my door unscathed, brought it in, charged it up, and it works perfectly. It has this small bubbles at the bottom of the screen, but that doesn't affect it's performance in any way, shape, or form.

Back Market provided it's usual high level of service. It gave me a promised delivery date and the product was then delivered 3 days early! The item itself is "clunky" but I had a very specific use in mind and it performs admirably for that. It needed to be a tablet that I could use for a one off app, and it does that. Compared to the more recent versions it is slow, but so far it is dependable and while if I could have one thing I would like it to be a bit faster but for the price it does what I need it to do.

So far this has been one of the best decisions I have made in my 40 years of tech. That may sound a bit like a stretch, but ordering refurbished was something I never was keen to try. Back Market has made this one of the best decisions I have ever made. The selection was incredible, the price was awesome, the product was in fantastic shape, and my daughter got a laptop for school that beat (in specs) the 2 newer laptops that were bought in the house for 3 times the price. 2 weeks or so in and the computer has ran flawlessly and more than meets the requirements for school, with plenty leftover. Extremely satisfied with our Back Market purchase - and will definitely be back in the future to order again. Go Refurb!

I am very happy with my purchase! It works just like new and is fast and clean. The body is in good shape. Definitely happy I got refurbished. It was a great deal!

Computer is in good shape! No issues with it at all. Everything works well. Battery life leaves a bit to be desired, but to be expected with a refurbished laptop.
