I ordered this because the IPhone 7 was my first phone and I locked myself out of my old one so I bought this one for a backup and nostalgic reasons. There were slight scratches on the phone but I wasn’t mad at that because I was expecting that. The sound and graphics quality were impeccable. And I also customised the background and homepage. So if I could rate it 10/5 I would but I can’t, so yeah a 10/5 for me

I love how easy it is to find a great refurbished phone through Back Market. The fact that you do trade in's is just icing on the cake. Will continue to use Back Market for future phone purchases.

The watch is exactly what I wanted! Works and looks perfect!! The only downside is the wrist band did not fit the watch and was too big. I had to wait to wear it to order some that fit. Other than that the watch works great and I love all of the features.

Fast shipping, the phone arrived well protected. It was advertised as being in excellent condition, but I would describe it more as good condition, though I don't have any issues with this. The phone is of good quality without very visible scratches. For the price, it was a good purchase. So far, I have no complaints. Good screen, everything works correctly. With adaptive charging, the battery honestly lasts me all day with moderate use. This was my first purchase on Back Market, but I would definitely buy from them again.

The phone was delivered early, and worked well. Then when I was trying to connect the service I had some issues. EIN number and everything. After that I was able to accept a phone call, and when I did the audio quality for the next to ear speaker was trash. I can only talk on speaker for this phone. And finally when I accidentally spilled a little bit of water on my phone my device thought it was connected to headphones. And now I have zero audio on my phone. Even when I attach my motto mod JBL speaker. I'm trying to fix the issue at the moment, and after plenty of restarts, and other attempts. No solution so far

The phone look pretty much brand new, only thing was it wasn't dried and the adhesive that holds the phone together was lifting, but left it off for couple days so it didn't heat up so it can dry fully and it was good. Other then that the phone is in good condition and looks new. Brought this phone for my daughter and she loves it. Looking for me a phone on here next😊

Received phone in great shipping timing. I bought an "excellent " condition. The outside case is perfect. But the backlight of the phone when on has a 🪱 wrom light spec like the screen will go out soon or its damaged. Its in the center of the phone and hard to miss. So it not in excellent condition. Should of been a different rating. Other than that the phone work well.

Still getting use to the phone it was in great condition look like new phone some of the features are different than my previous one size smaller than I thought but I can work with that and enjoy my new phone
