Great phone, perfect condition. Is running slightly warm and I did have to factory reset it when it arrived but besides that well worth the price! 10/10

Battery life isnt as great as I expected.

It’s good and nice

Phone was dropped in the case with no damage to the phone, but the screen popped off. However the warranty is void if it is dropped at all. Disappointing since the screen did not break, or the phone did not get a scratch, but once you say it was dropped it is not covered. I will not buy from here again.

Works perfectly

Phone was sent in a bubble envelope and not even in a box. The phone I got was excellent condition, but the Bluetooth connectivity was so poor. Phone would have lesser wifi range than my current iPhone XR. The sides had scratches. Battery pulled up ingenuine part message! Not happy with this seller.

I purshased S22 256GB refurb phone. The phone came with a default, its fingerprint wasn't working. Although there was no information reported for such faulty. Might not trust backmarket again.

Ordered an “Excellent” condition item. The phone received had dirt between the screen and the case and the case was scuffed and pitted on the bottom and sides. Notably the vendor knew this as there was a big sticker on the back stating the phone was grade B. It was not “Excellent”.
