Phone came fast, works great. The battery goes down faster than I would like, but it is a refurbished phone and is much faster than my old moto g power I was using. So I'll take it!

Backmarket is great! Ordered for a gift. The only negative is that the phone was marked as excellent yet the screen had a lot a lot of scratches. Never had any issues or problems with a device purchase in the past so I was a little confused as to why this was marked as excellent.

I like my new to me phone, a Galaxy S2. Overall I'm pleased but the battery burns up quickly. That is my only concern and complaint. I transferred over all my info by the time I realized this so sending the phone back was not an option. Not sure if I'd take the chance and purchase another phone off Back Market for that reason.

It came in nice quality one thing that I would improve for next time would be to specify if the phones are rooted or not because it sucks to not be able to use any hands free payment other than that was very happy with the product😁

I ordered a fair condition phone but felt almost new. It had just 2 micro dents on the frame which were hard to notice. Battery backup is good and easily lasts a whole day for medium use. A full charge gives a solid 3 hours screen on time or 2.5 days on standby

Pretty good, I didn't expect interface/experience differences between T-Mobile and Unlocked versions of the S8 but I'll adjust. Only issue was a black spot of no screen in the bottom left of it's display, otherwise its perfectly fine and a great deal for the $67 I paid.

Very happy with my purchase. This is an excellent Chromebook and I received it quickly and it arrived in great condition.

FOR EVERYTHING IN THE FUTURE!” After reading some of the reviews about people getting their items with deep scratches or customer receiving the wrong item entirely. I was really worried! Then After finding out that it doesn’t come direct from back market, they use 3rd party sellers which I didn’t know until after the purchase, I was freaking out, because I didn’t have much money to spend. But I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! the shipping was FAST and EFFICIENT!! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! For selecting the “Fair” option I truly expected THE WORST! But it was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! There were just normal wear marks on the front and the back was flawless! It was the closest you could get to brand new without paying crazy money! Thank you guys for selling great products!

I bought the best condition one, it was a great deal. I was a little skeptical before ordering. The phone came in perfect condition. It looked brand new, the screen was perfect, the battery lasts a long time. I'm really impressed. The shipping was fast. I will definitely be buying from them again. Thanks for the great deal!
