Device works perfectly and the shipment came fairly on time. Delivery ended up delayed a few days longer than what was expected but it was communicated to me that there was a delay which I appreciated.

Delivery was fast, packaging was sturdy and protective, and the Xbox I received is just as it was advertised... in excellent condition! This is the 2nd item that I've purchased from Back Market. Very pleased!

The console and controller arrived in a perfect condition, wrapped up very well! The only negative feedback I have is about the usb cable. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all. I tried my daughters and the PS4 worked right away. Not a big deal, buying a new one tomorrow. But overall a great purchase and a happy son on Christmas!

Works as if it were brand new! The hinge clamp was tight the first few openings which showed that it was taken care of before being sold, that's a plus! The sound quality on the speakers is just right! And the body of the console itself is presitine! First time getting an excellent graded item and it fits the bill to a T!

Great it run smooth but the charger for the controller was faulty other than that it was in great shape👍.

came in great condition and great packaging. haven't had the chance to use it yet. I'm sure if there is any issues back market will take care of it. great place to buy from. they have helped me with getting my money refunded do to the postal service messing up with my packages. will definitely order through them many more times. thank you back market and employee's. 5 star service.

the xbox came in excellent condition, runs great, everything works, although it did het here 5 days late but its no big deal.
