So it’s been exactly a month with this new Iphone and it works great! I have ordered from Back-market before in the past and was not disappointed at all! So this time I had faith that this phone would be amazing! It literally looked brand new like you could NOT tell it was refurbished at all! Such a beautiful phone, thank you Backmarket!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. My phone is like new, there were no scratches or issues I could find. The battery is at a full 100% and has been a great purchase. I am so glad I bought a refurbished unlocked phone here than buying it direct from my carrier.

Well it’s working so far, I just got it today. But for the price of “excellent” that I paid I expected it to have less scratches than that…yes it is refurbished phone but it is relatively new as iphone15 plus but I can definitely tell the previous owner was rough with it.

It was my first purchase using backmarket, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. I Ordered the excellent condition iPhone 14 Plus and I’ve been completely satisfied. I was iffy about buying refurbished only because I was worried about condition and performance. I couldn’t find any visual flaws with my iPhone and after having it for a couple weeks, it runs like new still. Battery health has been sitting at 92% which is great as battery health was one of my main concerns. I’ve been charging every 1-2 days depending on how heavy my usage is. Nice upgrade from my 8+ that was barely making it through the day, plus I can actually hear calls now!

I got my Iphone 14 pro. I ordered in excellent condition and got it with a battery health of 100%. Shout out to Santa Monica wireless. Ithowever had 2 small scratches on the screen. Other than that it's a great phone. Would highly recommend backmarket. Also can backmarket return the condition status as fair,good,excellent and premium. This other one is not giving.

Spent way too much time researching and overthinking this purchase. Ordered Apple Watch Ultra 2 and it arrived super fast despite the seller being located near the fires in California! The watch looked brand new with not a single dent or blemish anywhere to be found. Battery was at 100% capacity. Super happy with the purchase! Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Will use Back Market in the future.

Really enjoy using back market to get refurbished devices, got my laptop through here and my current phone. Seller shipped my phone to me 2 days faster than expected which is amazing! Small issue that when I turn the speaker up past half way I get a rattle and idk how to fix it. Other than that it’s a good refurbish

I think the phone is great and it was easy to set up. What confounded me was that I was sent a discount code and it took the CS rep weeks to send me a code that actually worked. This was after she had me take photos of the emails sent to me - try different times etc. It was only $15, but she acted like it was going to break the bank if she gave me a new code.

Phone is in better then described condition; I couldn't find any flaws at all. Looks brand new. Delivered sooner than estimated. Works great. From now on we are going to come here first for any electronics. The phone, the service, far exceeded my expectations. Under promised, over delivered.
