Well it’s working so far, I just got it today. But for the price of “excellent” that I paid I expected it to have less scratches than that…yes it is refurbished phone but it is relatively new as iphone15 plus but I can definitely tell the previous owner was rough with it.

So it’s been exactly a month with this new Iphone and it works great! I have ordered from Back-market before in the past and was not disappointed at all! So this time I had faith that this phone would be amazing! It literally looked brand new like you could NOT tell it was refurbished at all! Such a beautiful phone, thank you Backmarket!

Spent way too much time researching and overthinking this purchase. Ordered Apple Watch Ultra 2 and it arrived super fast despite the seller being located near the fires in California! The watch looked brand new with not a single dent or blemish anywhere to be found. Battery was at 100% capacity. Super happy with the purchase! Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Will use Back Market in the future.

Really enjoy using back market to get refurbished devices, got my laptop through here and my current phone. Seller shipped my phone to me 2 days faster than expected which is amazing! Small issue that when I turn the speaker up past half way I get a rattle and idk how to fix it. Other than that it’s a good refurbish

The watch was pristine, 100% battery, not a scratch. The only problem was the watch was shipped without a band. The band was shipped to me right away in new condition. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service was excellent!

Quick delivery, no problem with data transfer, works beautifully. Only one issue: there was dried on grime around all the lenses in the back which was difficult to remove and made me wonder where else this grime might be stuck in the phone lik the ports, and what does that say about your quality control?

Phone came in pretty great condition, maybe a scratch or 2 on the actual housing of the phone. No complaints, doesn’t affect the performance of the phone and overall saved a good chunk of money buying from Backmarket vs a brand new one! Definitely recommend buying from here

Has been nearly a month and there don't appear to be any issues of any sort. The device came quickly and in good condition and was very easy to setup. Would highly reccomend others to purchase from BackMarket as well!

Everything seems like it’s working perfectly with my new phone. I got screwed over by plug so came to back market and that was the best decision ever. Will definitely get my future tech from here moving forward.
