I love my phone. Only thing is that it came with 80% battery life which I’m not sure how good that is. But hey, it’s a refurbished phone!! What do you expect?? It’s nice tho and is working beautifully. Thank you back market I will be back to purchase more.

The purchase was super easy, shipping was fast and arrived before Christmas. Phone wasn’t pristine by any means, but being a used refurbished phone, it was in great shape. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, is when I started to set up the phone (copied from my daughters phone since it was a gift for her) there was a message that popped up that said something like “Display can’t be verified by Apple” (maybe different verbiage). It still works fine but it was repaired with non Apple parts and I really don’t care about that.my problem was that I had to read the FAQ’s to find out what it meant. If it’s in the fine print somewhere the. I must have missed it. Overall, great purchase and will most likely purchase from BackMarket in the future.

The Macbook performs perfectly. I was really skeptical to buy a refurbished mac but I'm glad I did because not only am I saving money, I'm also saving the planet!! There are a couple scuffs that are barely visible on the top near the apple logo but everything else is great :) If you're considering one, you should definitely do it!

My iPhone 15 arrived quickly, well packaged and in excellent shape. The batter was 95%+, I could detect a couple very minor flaws in the screen, and everything worked perfectly. My third successful purchase from BackMarket. Happy, happy, happy. BTW, I really appreciate the light-heartedness of their routine communications. It creates a very friendly buying experience.

I am overjoyed with my Google pixel 8. Got an awesome Black Friday deal, and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the phone I received. I recommend black market to everyone. I made a great upgrade. Downside, I didn't turn in my old phone (pixel 2xl), because I was going to get a DOLLAR for it. Lol it's ok, I thought that was hilarious, an knew I needed a newer phone phone. Will continue to use Black Market.

purchased an iPhone 14 in excellent condition, price was as or more competitive when reviewing other vendors... got good trade in value on my old XR... arrived with 5 days of purchase (Sat >> Wed)... BackMarket maintained great communication during the process...

The pixel 7 seems new. We have bought several refurbished phones from back market and will never go back to purchasing through the the cell service providers.

I haven't used the phone much yet, but my experience was amazing. I wish I had known of this company sooner. A year ago I "upgraded" to an S23 from an S10, and was extremely disappointed in the camera (understatement). So, I upgraded to an refurbished S10. The phone I received was everything I had hoped it would be, and BTW, this model has the best camera ever! Seriously. Specs don't mean anything about actual performance. I had my old S10 for 4 years, and always loved it (the battery was just fading and I got swindled into a "deal" with a carrier). I stumbled upon BackMarcket in my internet search, and am completely sold on them. Finding what I wanted was super easy, the phone is in excellent condition (though a little slower than the S23 with its brand new upgraded battery), and purchasing it was seamless and easy. I received it within 5 days and though I didn't need the help, I noticed they have great online instructions and support. They checked in with me via email after my purchase. I want to add that I wish I had been able to sell my old phone here, instead of trading it for nothing with my cell carrier as part of the "deal". I will never buy a brand new phone again. I ...
