Received my iPhone 15 Pro Max just now through UPS. Came a day earlier and appearance wise it is absolutely spotless clean all over edges and screen, was packed very well and securely with bubble wrap and came in a solid cardboard case. Happy with the appearance and looks of the iPhone 15 Pro max so far. Updated it to latest ios 18.1 beta 2 version now. Battery health came as 89% with cycle counts 353 manufacturer date August 2023 and first use date as September 2023. There is no apple warranty coverage so will be leveraging the back market 12 months warranty. Will be shipping the old device for trade in back in 1-2 days.

Ok so I have had my laptop for almost two weeks now, I wanted to wait at least a little bit before reviewing. I am typing this review from the computer and so far it is EXCELLENT. I previously had a MacBook Pro 2012 and I bought it used over ten years ago but over a local marketplace not a refurbished laptop so I was hesitant but I am aware of the tanks of a machine matchbook pros are so I decided to have a little faith. The computer is a beauty, such an upgrade from my 2012 version made it look ancient haha. I got the 2019 in space gray and I love how dark it is I love how sleek it is, I edit videos a lot and I am obsessed with the Touch Bar! The only mention I want to give is I did buy EXCELLENT condition and it had a handful of scratches I would say less than five, only visible when looking closely but I was kind of expecting perfect condition but honestly I don't mind now after having it a few days. The first scratch on any new device is the most painful so at least it will prevent me from having that experience. Overall extremely happy with my computer so far. First time buying refurbished and I couldn’t be happier. My Air was superbly packaged and even included a soft-touch protective case and keyboard protector. Everything looked and felt brand new, and I was delighted to power on the laptop to find a healthy battery and a system that’s been working like a dream since day one. I LOVE my MacBook Pro even more than I expected, and for the negligible blemishes it has I’d gladly choose Poor or Good all over again. I was up and running within minutes, the vendor did a great job of leaving everything at a good setup point too. Thank you Back Market!

honestly was so scared about buying a refurbished one but i’m so happy with the results!! i’ve only had it for a few days but it’s in such good condition and looks brand new!! the battery life isn’t horrible. nothing wrong with the keys or anything. it’s pretty fast. will update in a month to see how it is

First time purchasing a refurbished laptop & my first Macbook purchase. Very very pleased! Was protected well in the box & came with a case. Battery health at 94%. There a few dings & scratches around perimeter of laptop, but it works perfectly! Only had it for 4 days & I’m already obsessed! Super happy with my delivery!

I was worried about ordering a refurbished computer, but after some research and looking into the seller I took the plunge. I ordered condition "very good" and am beyond happy with what I got. I received exactly ordered and also got a computer cover and keyboard protector along with it! The computer was clean and felt like new. I am very happy with the purchase.

Ive Had Bad Experiences buying refurbished in the past so I was taking a chance, but was I wrong. Love It, MacBook is perfect in every way. It Even Came With A Hard Shell Case which I wasn't expecting. There were some dings on the corners and some light scuffs, But when I put case on its not noticinble. Other That That I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase, will definitely be purchasing from backmarket again.
