Was extremely hesitant bc of all the mixed reviews i saw, but decided to take the chance and order an “excellent”condition iphone. when it arrived, it was in bubble wrap and was absolutely FLAWLESS condition. everything internally and externally works amazing as if brand new, AND the battery health was at 99%. heavily recommend!

All good by me. My phone works and looks perfect. LOVE IT and tell everyone where to go for refurbished tech. I definitely will make Back Market my first stop for future purchases. Thanks bunches....

Absolutely in love! The phone is in perfect condition. Speakers work soooo good, camera is clear as day (plus had a camera protector on it), and the battery is at 100% when I checked the settings. Couldn’t be happier.

The mic is a decent I guess because the phone is refurbished but I didn't have any other problems other than that to my knowledge.

The phone came in overall pretty good condition. Even though I chose “fair” there were no visible scratches or dents. The phone works well and the battery life is great. The only thing is that the speaker is a little messed up, resulting in a slightly muffled sounding audio, and pretty bad quality for certain higher frequencies sounds. It’s not a huge deal because I mostly use phone audio with air pods anyway. Overall pretty good experience!
