Item itself is in good condition. But I notice when using it the battery life doesn't last too long. It says a duration of 5 hours per one charge. Again this is a refurbished items so I don't know it that is relevant or something that can be review prior to being put on the site for sell.

This was my second attempt at buying this phone. The first one I sent back because it wouldn't charge normally. This one arrived with the microphone not working. I eventually figured out that the microphone port at the bottom of the phone was clogged up with dirt, and I managed to clean it up enough to get it working again. Surely this would be a standard thing to check when refurbishing a phone to resell it. Otherwise, the phone seems fine.

well the watch is just as it is mentioned . it has scratches but works perfectly. but the scratches are not visible to human eye. unless you look really closer. overall it's a bargain. for 50 bucks you cant go wrong.

Prices can fluctuate, so if you see what you want at the right price---get it! That said, the phone I ordered was rated as a B+ grade, but it appears near perfect to me. I've had it not quite a month and it's been great so far.

Amazing physical condition. At the start the phone was asking me everyday to install an update so I was worried something was wrong but so far I haven't had that issue anymore! This phone has a similar glitch to my z flip 3 that I just traded in, where I will hear that I'm receiving a call but I can't SEE it or accept it! I guess that might be a Samsung issue not a backmarket issue. It's been a few months though and I am satisfied.

I absolutely love the phone. It’s a great size for my small hands fits perfectly. The only complaint that I really have is that the battery health was already at 81% so I be having to replace later on

this phone is almost perfect. screen and back glass looks practically brand new. there are some nicks on the corner of the phone and charge port but that's about it. the only reason this phone is getting a 4 and not a 5 star is due to the delay on the phone. but this phone is working great and I will be sure to use back market and recommend friends
