Smooth experience and a great starter Apple Watch. Came in well-packaged, setup was not a hassle at all. The band came disconnected from the body of the watch to better protect the body, nevertheless, everything was straightforward. Light scratches and dust present around the edges, but perfectly functional.

After buying my amazing iPhone from backmarket I came back again for an Apple Watch. I absolutely love it. It came in very good conditions and brand new charging cord. I tell all my friends and family to use shop electronics here!!

I got this iPad for my toddler and the best part is the ease of parental controls setup and app sharing with my iPhone. Great quality recycled tech, I have no complaints on any of the 3 purchases I have made with Backmarket.

The phone works as good as any brand new phone! Which is, of course, what one would hope for when purchasing a refurbished phone. It's exactly what was expected and hoped for with no complaint.

So far so good. I would give it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the wrong charger that was sent to me. This HP surface uses a C type of charger and I was given a barrel jack type of port and there’s no where to put that. There’s an audio jack but no ports for that type of charger. With that said I found myself in a tricky situation at work, while the laptop was dead, I had to borrow a charger from a co-workers. Thankfully all the new laptops nowadays have the same port!

the tablet works fine. I realized far too late the price is about the same as the samsung website, I could have got the same tablet from Amazon for 200 less so that was disappointing but that's more on me for not researching other options first. the tablet works though.

The watch has been working well since I ordered it. It is in the style that I wanted, and it is in great physical condition. The battery lasts all day and there is still battery life left at the end of the day when I'm ready to take it off. It came with a charging cable, but it doesn't fit any of the bricks that I have. I have to charge it from my laptop. I don't think that it is the same manufacturer's cable as Samsung, and the watch doesn't charge from my previous watch's wireless charger. Other than that, I love the watch.

I bought it in "Fair condition" but there was only a slight spot on the corner of the hood and a scratch on the bottom. Nothing on the keyboard or screen. They could have called it "Good" and charged more. the computer is wonderful and beautiful. Fast with very deep, rich picture graphics. I wish the video streaming was a tad less dark, but otherwise I love it! A great deal for the price. Quite happy with the laptop and price. Love that it is kind of recycled.
