I was super happy with my keyboard. I already had a logitech keyboard for my iPad but I felt like it was too bulk and wanted one with better feeling keys. Got a wicked good price on this and to my surprise it came as new. Still in the original apple box, packaging, warranty stickers and all. Definitely would get something else from here again!

At first, I was a little skeptical because I had never bought from backmarket but I am super happy with my purchase. I can’t believe that there is not a tiny bit of scratches found on the keyboard and the packaging was so neat. I would 10/10 recommend backmarket and can’t wait to buy more in the future!

Hi, I received the computer well packaged and with no damage to the box. The computer itself looks virtually flawless so your rating of "Excellent" was spot on. Other than stumbling around for a week trying to figure out how to use it, the operation was very smooth. My week of stumbling was due to me being a lifelong Windows user, so lots of things are different and I still haven't got all the keyboard shortcuts memorized. I had thought that since I have had iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches for years the transition to Mac would be a little easier.......but I was wrong. It's slowly getting better however. I have only had one major problem with hardware since I got this computer. When I first set it up the apple friendly keyboard and mouse that you supplied with it worked beautifully by just plugging them in to the Mac. Then, about 2 days later, the keyboard and the mouse quit working (with Bluetooth). I have checked all the settings I can find on the Mac and repeatedly tried to get both of them to pair again with the Mac....but to no avail. The only thing I was able to do was to take the wireless USB antenna from the back of the mouse and plug it in to the Mac. Then th...

The computer came way earlier than expected, like a week earlier. The computer was in mint condition, and works perfectly...like new. The only issue is the keyboard, which sometimes does not connect well with the iMac, but thank goodness I still have my Apple keyboard and mouse.

This is my first time using back market and because of this order i’m definitely going to be using this again. I bought this for my 12.9 inch M2 Apple Air and it works perfectly!

This was a pretty close match to my existing Lenovo monitor. I'm now using both together in a dual monitor setup. Shipping was fast, packaging was solid. No complaints! Thanks!

Definitely will buy again from BackMarket when needed. Second Apple purchase and there have been 0 complaints. Looks new, acts new...but much less $ than new!!

I love the keyboard so much!!!!!!!! I bought the very good condition so technically, it's a level lower than the excellent but I love it. its so good, came in the original packaging and I've been using it everyday now!!! love it!!
