At first I was skeptical buying a refurbished Macbook from Back Market but after comparing different sites and pricing, I felt more comfortable making the purchase. Once the item arrived, I immediately knew I had made the right choice. The packaging was very protective and the machine was as good as new! So far, it has performed impeccably and I wholeheartedly recommend BM to any and all that are looking for refurbished items at great prices!

Very happy with my purchase. Refurbished is the way to go. This is my second buy from here. First was an iPad. So I knew where to go when I needed a MacBook Pro. This is probably the smartest thing I have done with my money.

You guys are so awesome. My MacBook Pro is perfect. Basically brand new. Your prices are great and your product is virtually flawless. I have bought an M2 12.9 inch iPad Pro, a Magic Keyboard, a few times I think, and a 13 inch MacBook Pro from you guys. All those products were flawless. I bought this 16 inch MacBook Pro in the fair condition and when it arrived, I couldn’t find a single scratch. It looked brand new and the battery health came at 86%. unfortunately, because it’s an Intel Mac with a graphics card the battery life is not the best but if you’re just watching videos or surfing the web you can get a couple hours.

Ordered “good” condition, but what arrived was excellent imo. I’ve purchased 2 iPhones previous to this purchase of the MacBook Pro. I’ll continue to order from Back Market when I need to upgrade various tech.

My laptop came sooner than expected and was packaged perfectly! I appreciate the companies care when sending the machine. I specifically wanted a 2019 MacBook Pro because while I wanted to upgrade I didn’t want to lose my touch bar. The price point was amazing, quality was top tier, and u can’t tell me this is a brand new laptop! Thank you!!

I bought 2 MacBook Pro Retina 16-inch (2019) - Core i9 - 32GB - SSD 1000GB in the God condition category. The MackBooks arrived well packaged and without any visible marks on the outside and both are working perfectly. I believe they were sold in this category because the number of battery cycles are above 300 cycles. Overall I am satisfied and recommend the Sprout Store.

My model was a MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2020) - Core i7 (2.3GHz) - 16GB RAM - SSD 512GB (A2251 Space Gray) in "Fair" condition. Got it for $361 before tax right after Christmas on 12/31/2024. It was in pretty good condition, the keycaps are a little worn and came pretty nasty with skin flake gunk and probable bodily fluids, but overall, it was pretty clean at the hinge (The display cable area was devoid of dust). The battery was at an acceptable 83% health according to CoconutBattery. The onboard SSD was at a respectable 50TB data units written according to DriveDx equalling about 5 years of use (Checks out, 2020->2025). Don't skimp out on RAM with these Macs. 8GBs is not enough, the system will allocate swap files on the SSD and ultimately drain its lifespan. Very impressed by Backmarket for this purchase, I just wish the device was not crusted over with nasty yellow flakes. You probably can't get this model at these specifications for less than $400 dollars, but I would still be happy forking out $450 dollars pre tax. An equal spec 2020 M1 mac pro goes for $623 before tax and those are faster (but hotter). At the end of the day, the i7 2.3GHz is sufficient for my purposes ...

I received my 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro 14" 3 days after I ordered it, and it was with the regular FedEx shipping, not the expedited one. When I got the laptop, it was wrapped very well in a lot of bubble wrap, and it even included a free, unbranded 140-watt USB-C charger and braided USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable. The freebies were a nice touch. It didn't come with the original box, but I wasn't really expecting it. What's even better was the condition that it came in. The listing was for a "Fair" grade, but the only real signs of wear on it were slight shininess on the most used keycaps on the keyboard, evidence of stuff being plugged into the USB-C ports on the left and right side, and upon inspecting the "About My Mac" and "System Information," 97 battery cycles and 91% battery health. It was in great shape, actually. Whoever used it before took good care of it. I would buy again from Sprout. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, especially considering it was $699 plus tax.
