This Pixel is amazing! I’ve seen a lot of fake sellers on here with bad screens, batteries, etc, but I lucked out! Ordered it in excellent condition, and I cannot tell the difference between this and a new phone! The screen appears to be original, no huge bezels, and the battery is at 11 charge cycles. It shipped with good packaging and protection for the phone. I definitely recommend buying from this seller!

Just received my new phone last night and I’m super happy with its condition. I purchased a “fair” condition iPhone 13 and was a little nervous about how “fair” it would be but surprisingly the phone was almost perfect. A single crumb sized chip and a few scratches that are so small they’re basically invisible. Came with a fresh new battery and you can tell it’s good because Apple is mad now and keeps sending me notifications that there’s a foreign part and urges me to get it done by one of their professionals. Sorry, I will not be giving yo big ahh company any more money than I have to. Also, girly arrived a whole day early. I don’t know if I should thank FedEx or y’all but I’m happy regardless. Love back market and I will absolutely be back.

My phone had small scratches that I could feel but not see, w/a case on, totally unnoticeable. IMO, it's too slippery not to use w/a case. It is smaller than my 6SPlus yet has bigger screen. The battery appeared to be fine and has been holding a charge for about 36 hrs. The blue was hard to determine but that's on Apple. Everything appears to work as stated and it was delivered very quickly at the base shipping level. This is my 3rd purchase and would do so again. I originally bought refurbished from Apple but they are overpriced compared to BM. Next, considering an iPad Air and Pencil.

I try not to take your excellent service for granted. However, i've come to expect nothing but the best from Back Market. I always buy the "fair" product because I know it's going to be in excellent condition even though i'm buying at the lowest tier. You guys rock!! I was skeptical at first since I have never purchased a used phone. BackMarket made it very comfortable and easy to purchase. The phone is in perfect condition and I bought it for at lot less than anywhere else. I highly recommend BackMarket.

The phone is perfect, no damage, exactly as advertised just what i needed for replacement! Although there were a few communication issues with the Declutter company I would buy from Back Market again!

I ordered a fair condition phone and it came almost perfect. Very small dents that will be covered with casing. Runs smoothly :)

I got an error on the phone that keeps telling me that the phone/apple is unable to determine if the display is a genuine apple part or not. Never had an issue with this website before but found this most unusual, as if the seller did a botched job on the restoration to save a couple of dollars. Phone looks great and works great though, no issues with the display thus far, but it's been a week.

I love this phone it’s way better than expected! I got my last phone from back market and I loved it so much and got 4 years out of it before I had to get a new one, I wasn’t really looking forward to upgrading my phone cause I loved the home button on my iPhone 8 but now that I’ve had the 12 for a while it’s just so much better. It’s in pretty much perfect condition, the battery health is at 85 though which is a little disappointing and means I’ll probably have to get a new battery at some point, but everything else is great and obviously it shipped fast and the price is worth it.
