Item arrived in a timely manner and well packaged/no damage. I prefer to wear my watch of my left wrist and found to band to be a tight fit, however, my right is smaller, and the fit is perfect on my right wrist. Any future electronics needs...I'll do it with Back Market!!

I am very happy with the quality of the refurbished iphone 14 pro I got. And the case and screen protectors are wonderful! First time purchasing a refurbished phone and will definitely be doing so again from here on out!

I'm really happy with it! Way faster than my old phone, which was on its last legs (2020 iPhone SE with a home button and 74% battery capacity). I'm not a real techy guy, but I can definitely feel how much faster this thing runs. The screen is huge, which is great for video, and I love how the text fills the screen when I'm reading an article, feels very futuristic. I was a little scared when I saw that the refurbished model came with only 86% battery capacity, but it makes a huuuge difference– I can use the phone all day without it going dead, while I always had to carry a portable charger with my old one if I was going to be out of the house for more than about 5 hours. I even left it unplugged overnight once (while playing my podcasts) and still woke up to over 30% battery. I put off getting a new phone for so long in part because I preferred Touch ID, but Face ID is not as intrusive as I thought it would be. I do have to knock it down to 4 stars because 1. I wish Face ID worked better with a mask (since I'm often using it to make Apple Pay transactions indoors) and 2. The screen IS really huge, and there don't seem to be a ton of accessibility hacks to help deal with that. It m...

I absolutely love the phone I purchased through backmarket. I purchased the premium grade phone and it is totally flawless. I thought the battery life would have been premium and that's the only negative. the phone itself works perfect and doesn't have a single flaw. I paid a great price and helped mother earth by buying refurbished. Every device I purchase in the future will be through backmarket.

Purchasing process was super easy. Only complaint would be my volume button is sticky and doesn't work all the time. I understand it's is refurbished but buying the "Excellent" condition I assumed everything would work as it should. Would also prefer to see a bit more protection in the packaging/shipping box next time. Overall, very good

I’ve only had this phone for about a week but so far, it hasn’t given me issues. The camera acts up every now and then. Usually when I reboot the phone, the issues resolves. The phone is refurbished so, you get what you pay for. I’m satisfied so far.

Loving my new phone! The condition and functionality exceeded my expectation. I used the guide to activate my new phone all by myself! Overall great looking device, but for a premium refurbished device that was supposed to come with a new battery it only came with 93% capacity. Still love the phone and definitely better than the price of a new one!

Yalllll!! this is my SECOND order from backmarket and they haven’t failed me yet! my phone literally is brand new lol idc idc ! refurbished WHERE? i ordered in excellent condition and that’s exactly what i got.
