I was looking for a cheaper and more sustainable option for upgrading from my iPhone 8 to a 15, and BackMarket is absolutely fantastic. The phone came quickly and without hassle. There are a few very tiny scratches, one of the body and one on the screen, but hardly noticeable! I chose excellent condition, and that is what I received. The only thing that was frustrating is the phone came with the wrong charging cable. The iphone 15 needs a lightning cords, but I received a regular cord, so I had to go buy one for myself, which was a little frustrating, since they said the right charging cord should come with the phone. But thats it! I will definitely be using backmarket again if I need a new device.

I am happy with my new iPhone and the set up was very simple. My only issue is that I was expecting the screen to not have quite as many scratches on it for the “excellent” condition. I maybe expected very few, but there are more than I was anticipating especially based on other reviews that claimed the “good” option looked brand new. Still a great phone that has worked well.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 128GB, in “very good “ condition. I received the phone in a week. There was a charging cord and the new phone in the package. The phone looked new. It was in excellent condition in appearance. I had no trouble working the new phone, but some frustration with the old one while transferring my information. The battery life was at 87%, but has not given me any trouble in my use or when charging. It last the whole day with normal use. I have been using the new phone for about a month now and so far I am pleased with my purchase. I will try to update my review, if allowed, in a couple months. Very glad I tried back market.

I’m always a little hesitant trusting the item description. But the iPad Pro I received really is in excellent condition. It arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. It included a power adapter and cable. The only thing I’d love to have is the possibility to include an original Apple box for whatever product you purchase. That would make this experience an absolute 10/10!

Ordered an Apple Watch Ultra. Received the watch locked by another’s persons Apple information being associated with the device. Immediately contacted Backmarket and asked for a refund. I shipped the device back to the seller and was informed that they were shipping it back to me because it was locked. Pretty sure this is a scam. Probably a stolen device. Definitely not refurbished and shipped to me unlocked as advertised. I disputed charges with my credit card company and won’t be doing business with Backmarket again.

The stopper that stops the top and bottom of the body from touching when folded was broken on both sides. The top right corner was broken a little which could be felt when you run your finger over it. The metal hinge had a lot of big scratches, not the phone I expected in excellent condition.

Battery health at 100% ; no scratches , no cracks nothing. i was sketched out at first ; but i most definitely will be ordering more things. Process was easy ; and pretty quick too. Even used it with straight talk. very pleased.

The whole process with BackMarket was so smooth, 10/10 stars!! Phone exterior was as described (mint condition) and after using the phone for a few weeks it was like I had purchased a brand new phone. Phone shipped reasonably quickly. I feel really good about making a purchase that is better for the environment and am thankful Backmarket has such excellent customer service and makes everything efficient, trustworthy, and streamlined. Thank you!

The arrival time was fast!!! It didn't come in a box but it was well packaged and bubble wrapped. Activation was easy. phone charges to 100% it's only bn a few hours so I cnt say much about it just yet...but so far it's operating great. no complaints from my 14yr.
