I was looking for a cheaper and more sustainable option for upgrading from my iPhone 8 to a 15, and BackMarket is absolutely fantastic. The phone came quickly and without hassle. There are a few very tiny scratches, one of the body and one on the screen, but hardly noticeable! I chose excellent condition, and that is what I received. The only thing that was frustrating is the phone came with the wrong charging cable. The iphone 15 needs a lightning cords, but I received a regular cord, so I had to go buy one for myself, which was a little frustrating, since they said the right charging cord should come with the phone. But thats it! I will definitely be using backmarket again if I need a new device.

I am happy with my new iPhone and the set up was very simple. My only issue is that I was expecting the screen to not have quite as many scratches on it for the “excellent” condition. I maybe expected very few, but there are more than I was anticipating especially based on other reviews that claimed the “good” option looked brand new. Still a great phone that has worked well.

Ordered an Apple Watch Ultra. Received the watch locked by another’s persons Apple information being associated with the device. Immediately contacted Backmarket and asked for a refund. I shipped the device back to the seller and was informed that they were shipping it back to me because it was locked. Pretty sure this is a scam. Probably a stolen device. Definitely not refurbished and shipped to me unlocked as advertised. I disputed charges with my credit card company and won’t be doing business with Backmarket again.

The stopper that stops the top and bottom of the body from touching when folded was broken on both sides. The top right corner was broken a little which could be felt when you run your finger over it. The metal hinge had a lot of big scratches, not the phone I expected in excellent condition.

The arrival time was fast!!! It didn't come in a box but it was well packaged and bubble wrapped. Activation was easy. phone charges to 100% it's only bn a few hours so I cnt say much about it just yet...but so far it's operating great. no complaints from my 14yr.

Phone is pretty okay only issue is one camera looks blurry from the back but works okay when taking photos

Runs smooth it’s been about 2 weeks haven’t notice anything weird it’s almost like you bought it from your carrier.

Computer was fine, but they sent a 5v phone charger not a computer charger. I complained and the resolution I got was $25 refund. The cost to buy and off-brand charger for a MacBook Pro starts at $50. The reason why they would not send me the correct charger was they did not have the correct one—but they tried to get away with sending one they knew was wrong? In the end the price was only slightly better than getting a refurb from Apple. But Apple would have sent the right charger and all the documentation. This is not the first product I have bought from BackMarket, but it may be the last.

Just like my iPhone, my Apple watch looks brand new! Very happy with my watch and will definitely come back to Back Market when I need to purchase electronics.
