I recently purchased a refurbished iPad from Back Market, opting for the "Good" condition. The listing mentioned that the screen would be in perfect condition, with imperfections only on the back, so I was a bit surprised to find some minor scratches on the screen. They are barely noticeable when the screen is on, but it's worth mentioning. The only other issue I encountered was with the charger—it doesn’t actually charge the tablet, which is a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, the iPad functions perfectly, and I’m still overall happy with the purchase. I would recommend it to others, but just be aware that there might be small discrepancies between the listing description and the actual condition. (in the picture, I have already put my screen protector on, so the scatches on the screen aren't visible)

This is my 3rd item I have purchased from Back Market. Have never had issues, will forever be my go to on refurbished apple products. My expectations are not for the item to be perfect, but are definitely worth the price.

My son loves his tablet, delivery process was really smooth and easy. Tablet arrived fully charged and ready to be set up. When it came there was no visible signs of it being refurbished. I love it and will definitely be ordering more products soon

Was hesitant buying a refurbished phone. this seller was great. it was shipped asap, arrived in 3 days, and was packed well. phone was rated excellent and it looks brand new. not a single scratch or scuff. battery life is at 100% too! got extremely lucky with this unit. would definitely buy from this seller again.

Great refurbished iPads! Minimal scratches on the back. Screen was perfect. I know this is probably normal for used devices, but the battery seems to charge slowly. Good thing is, they don’t die fast! Great prices. I got 2 iPad 5th gen for my small boys. They play games, watch you tube, etc. no glitches or anything.

Very fast shipping which was amazing for someone very impatient like me. However I ordered excellent condition. There are a lot of small scratches on the screen which I expected because it’s refurbished but I did expect basically brand new since I paid for excellent condition. All in all though the iPad seems to work great so far so no major complaints.

I bought it refurbished so that probably explains the battery life. It doesn’t stay charged too long but other than that, Great buy!

Being mindful of the condition, the phone came excellently. Even with one of the lower-tier conditions, there was only light scratches on the back glass, and two semi-noticeable but skinny scratches on the screen. A small dent on a corner, but to be expected for "good" condition. I was more concerned of the battery, which it came at a stellar 90%. Shipping was fast, and I feel as though I thoroughly got my money's worth!

My order as received package very well and on time. My husband is very glad to be able to have the same smartwatch! I’m so glad I found BackMarket! This is the third or fourth order I’ve placed. We had an issue with one order, but it wasn’t BM fault. Thanks so much for what you do Back Market!
