Perfect! It came exactly as described was a little worried because I thought it got lost in the mail but back markets team responded quickly and eased my worries! I’ve purchased an Ipad, Macbook, apple watch and now an iphone and they all have worked and came quickly !

The phone came in on time but it wasn't in "excellent condition" as stated. The fold had nicks on the hinge and scratches on the back. I thought the excellent selection was supposed to be like brand new but I guess not. The phone works fine just the nicks and scratches that made me put 3 stars.

The only thing about the phone that I got is the fact that the battery seems to not last very long I think you guys should check your batteries a little bit better on the phones. But other than the battery. Everything works great

Actually I’m very impressed with the experience, was so easy and intuitive, I got the Phone in 2 days, came for me in more than good condition, looks amazing, the trade in was so easy and already got the email with the confirmation. Came with original charger. Im more than happy with my phone and the price was amazing Definitely I’m going to make more business with BackMarket

Great worked out perfectly for my five year old she loves it gave it to her for a early Christmas gift they do die fast but that’s all Apple devices besides that it’s great will be purchasing again for me next

Performed in-depth research on this item and it's perfect. A refurb with no scratches. Lightweight recycled magnesium casing. The setup was simple. Using for light programming. The battery arrived flat of course, but after a full charge is beyond sufficient; cycling every 2.5 days with intermittent use. Much better than my previous Acer purchased in 2022. Shipping was preem, with no hiccups, and exquisite air-cushioned packaging preventing damage. Item features that I was aware of but wasn't expecting: backlit keyboard, biometric sign-in.

So for the most part I’m happy w/ my phone I got it in excellent conditions it were no scratches or markings speakers work , I really have nothing bad to say they did send a charged not a fast charger but it’s still appreciated and lastly I received the phone w/ battery health 88% to me that’s okay because it is used and also has its original battery I didn’t get any messages for any foreign parts . For a first time buy I’m very pleased shipping only took two days

Overall, I’m very happy with my “new to me” XS iPhone, and service from Back Market. But there were two small problems. 1. Unknown to me at the time, the new phone had iOS 12 installed, and uncharged phone. So I charged phone and tried to transfer data from my old phone (iOS 16) by holding both phones end to end “Quick Start Transfer”. Would not work because of old IOS 12. So I had to use my “backup data”. Not a big deal, but if I had known about the old iOS, I should have done an update first, then data transfer. 2. There was not communication for the trade in. I had to request info about sending my old phone in. Back Market support helped me resolve the issue but a week later.

I absolutely love my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the color is so beautiful! I have brought so many devices from Back Market. I highly recommend them.
