Back Market is my go-to source for refurbished, "new to me" tech. I've always had wonderful experiences shopping on Back Market.

Ive used Backmarket several times now and am always impressed by the accuracy of the products purchased and the ease of the process to acquire them. Additionally, I love that a company as large as they are promoting longevity of things and pushing back against planned obsoleteness instead of just peddling the next new thing and generating additional waste. This time round however, due to UPS' loss of my package. I had to go with my second choice. This wouldn't be an issue typically, however, I am a freelance filmmaker and the laptop I tried to purchase was meant to replace my main editing computer which just died; i.e. this was a LARGE expense for my work (over $3000+). It has been over a week since I filed a claim with UPS and reported the package lost to Backmarket and they have yet to even begin to refund my first attempted purchase... Meaning I am over budget and $3K in debt because of someone else' mistake. I understand BackMarket is a middleman and is not to blame for the loss; but as the financial facilitator of the entire transaction, and being a multibillion dollar company as of this review; I would expect the reimbursement of a failed purchase to be of paramount concer...

Laptop came in great condition looking essentially good as new. Everything runs smoothly as expected 11/10 ✨️
