The Dell Optiplex 7050 arrived in secure packaging and in a timely manner. it is now up and running and I am very happy with the quality and capacity of the computer. I would definitely buy from this site again.

The good news is the HP EliteDesk was delivered in great condition and fired right up. The only issue is the old Acer has Windows 11 and the refurbed has Windows 10 and Generation 6 processor which won't allow an 11 upgrade. I'm stuck and need help. Old Acer is fading fast. Just your average Joe shopping for value and quality. I was pleased with my purchase and the warranty gave me peace of mind. My device appears to be in great working order and I will continue to shop here due to the competitive pricing, vetting, and standards in place.

best computer i've had thus far. the only thing i can say that is maybe an issue is the volume of the fan when running software or being on a site that requires a lot of juice. But definitely would buy again, Thank you guys!

Really impressed with the selection and price points of a wide variety of laptop. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. It was delivered in a few days and is exactly what I expected. It looked brand new!

Arrived early and exactly as ordered. Everything worked perfectly out of the box. The performance is phenomenal! I am so happy I did this. The case has a few scratches and stickers on it but who cares! It hides down under my desk

The laptop arrived on time and in great condition. However, after powering it up - some of the keyboard keys would either not function or would produce double letters when pushed. I researched this online and found a hit on the problem - recommending to check for firmware updates. I found a number of them and did the install. The keyboard now appears to be functioning normally. So - overall - I think I had a very good experience and am happy with the price, performance and like new condition of my purchase!

The computer is great, but the DVD drive doesn't work. But, TekRefurbs (the seller) did a great job of replacing the internal drive with an external DVD drive. They shipped a new one very quickly. It's all good now.

Device arrived after lots of legitimate delays by FedEx (ice storms will do that). - Very clean on the outside. - Did not come with a 500gb SSD as advertised, but with a 500gb 5.25" spinning hard disk. Not a deal breaker. - Didn't come with all of the drive sleds for the 2.5" bays -- I'm not sure if they come with that originally, but again, not a deal breaker, just ordered replacement sleds. - Easy to open, make changes on the inside. - The "complimentary" keyboard + mouse were cheap feeling and had an awful new-plastic stink to them.
