The iPhone 12 Pro, I ordered arrived on time as promised. It functioned and looked perfect. But with a notification from Settings that the display and camera were not genuine Apple parts. I guess because it is refurbished but I thought they use Apple parts for refurbishing. Apparently not always. As of yet all wroks perfectly. So no real complaint there though genuine Apple parts would have made it more "genuine"

Fast delivery! The iPhone XR looks good , works great and the best is it has a new battery installed! This is our 5th refurbished BackMarket product we purchased in the last 3 years and all went well. (iMacs, MacBooks and iPhones)

I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. My refurbished iphone 13 is perfect. Exactly as promised. And Back Market has been so helpful, with clear instruction on every step of process—delivery, setting up the new phone, and trading-in the old one. Definitely will be coming back when we next need a phone or laptop.

I am very pleased with my iPhone 12 that I received in a timely and reassuring manner (updates and tracking numbers sent). There are other avenues I have used in the past and I will say that this is the most professional company that I have worked with in terms of communication and customer service. I ordered a phone in "good" condition and I only saw minor cosmetic scratches on the frame of the phone and the screen is fine. What I was most concerned with in buying a refurbished phone was the battery life. I charged it overnight and left it while I was at work disconnected, and still have 80+%. Two weeks later, it still runs that way retaining battery life. Very pleased with this company (and don't know anyone who works there or works there myself).

Much better! Nothing clunking inside from this vendor. Device arrived in nice looking condition and is functioning as expected with only one wrinkle: Apple software claims the screen is not OEM or was not installed as they advise. It’s working fine so far, as has been the case on other refurbished product. May surprise some customers, so maybe consider front-running this topic before it’s observed. Thanks!

The phone came in clean and in good condition , there are little scratches but it really that noticeable. Very satisfied with my purchase. I love refurbished electronics from back market. Great service overall. Very satisf

i like the phone for the first time having an iPhone but I didn't know that it was refurbished it has a lot of scratches on the back has dirt in the speakers as well as dirt on the sides wish it was in good condition

I recommend BackMarket to everyone looking to buy a used phone or even a used device they can't find elsewhere but want a reliable refurbishement. I've bought 3 iPhones all the same model and storage when I have somehow ruined my previous one and have been super happy with each one i have gotten. Even when I have chosen just a "Fair" condition, it has seemed to me to be mint. They do great refurbs and I feel like I'm helping keep these out of landfills by buying them here.
