I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. I am very pleased with my iPhone 12 that I received in a timely and reassuring manner (updates and tracking numbers sent). There are other avenues I have used in the past and I will say that this is the most professional company that I have worked with in terms of communication and customer service. I ordered a phone in "good" condition and I only saw minor cosmetic scratches on the frame of the phone and the screen is fine. What I was most concerned with in buying a refurbished phone was the battery life. I charged it overnight and left it while I was at work disconnected, and still have 80+%. Two weeks later, it still runs that way retaining battery life. Very pleased with this company (and don't know anyone who works there or works there myself).

I recommend BackMarket to everyone looking to buy a used phone or even a used device they can't find elsewhere but want a reliable refurbishement. I've bought 3 iPhones all the same model and storage when I have somehow ruined my previous one and have been super happy with each one i have gotten. Even when I have chosen just a "Fair" condition, it has seemed to me to be mint. They do great refurbs and I feel like I'm helping keep these out of landfills by buying them here. Received phone is short time, but it would not synch up to my carrier. I contacted both Backmarket and Visible, and it was determined that there was an issue with the phone. I returned it with no questions asked, and was credited the purchase price almost immediately. I was happy to order another phone , and this one works flawlessly. Great customer service, and fast shipping.

Got the 128GB Iphone 12 Pro in 1/17, an upgrade from my 64GB Iphone SE 2020 (also from Backmarket!), which was beginning to get sluggish from the workload I put on it, and I felt a need to get a RAM and storage upgrade. Setting up the phone was easy enough when you're in the apple ecosystem, although the camera came with a warning that it was not genuine. I don't use the camera often so I am not the best judge. The phone itself was fast enough, and it supports wireless charging. The battery is new as requested, and I haven't yet experienced random app crashes when the load is high. The best part of the switch is FaceID. One of the most annoying things about the SE is that after frequent use the fingerprint sensor becomes dull and you need to clean it. This was inconvenient when I had to use authenticators and constantly needed to reposition my finger to validate an account. Switching over from SE to Pro, I feel a bit inconvenienced by the placement of the control panel. In the SE, I can just swipe up from the bottom, but in Pro the panel is in the top right; I have to pull the screen down just to reach it. This is more about Apple than the market though. I got excellent condition iPhone 11 with a new battery. I have to admit that I thought I was going to have to send it back because there was a display error but after checking into what that was and finding out that it eventually will go off I can say I am happy to say I am very happy. However if the notice doesn’t go off in 25 days I will be returning it.

The iPhone SE (2020) was just what I was looking for at a price that could not be beat. I purchased the "Good" condition version (for under $200.00). The iPhone arrived in timely fashion and like new condition. The transition from my old iPhone to the iPhone SE (2020) was easy. This purchase also lead me to purchasing a MacBook Air (2017) from BackMarket (about a week later). I was very pleased with that purchase as well. I will continue to shop BackMarket for all of my budget friendly tech gadget purchases. I will refer friends and family to BackMarket as well.
