I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. Thank you very much, I will always be buying here at backmarket, you left me amazed and delighted with the quality of the services and products, this seller has 1000 million stars and left me very amazed. thanks

Received phone is short time, but it would not synch up to my carrier. I contacted both Backmarket and Visible, and it was determined that there was an issue with the phone. I returned it with no questions asked, and was credited the purchase price almost immediately. I was happy to order another phone , and this one works flawlessly. Great customer service, and fast shipping.

I got excellent condition iPhone 11 with a new battery. I have to admit that I thought I was going to have to send it back because there was a display error but after checking into what that was and finding out that it eventually will go off I can say I am happy to say I am very happy. However if the notice doesn’t go off in 25 days I will be returning it.

Phone was good at the start but would overheat every now and then I didn’t think much of it since the battery health was still 100% when I got it in. When the battery health drastically went to 79% all of a sudden in less than a year, I contacted customer service for repairs at the same time I took it to Apple to see if I can get the battery replaced And they made me aware that a part was 3rd party so they wouldn’t work on my phone. I then asked customer service to ask the seller if the parts were non-genuine and we’re aftermarket and they said no everything was good to date ;and then I took it to Best Buy to have it repaired fully for the battery. They showed me what was inside. What was inside was an aftermarket battery with an unknown piece inside Jimmy rigged to trick the iPhone system into thinking it was genuine when it was not . the battery that was in my phone wasn’t even meant for my phone thus the reason for overheating and excessive deterioration Bubbles that I found on my battery. I’ve had no problems with back market until now I do still recommend this item, but I’d be cautious and pay attention to the signs and definitely get it Checked to see if everything is good in...

Bought excellent condition and it looked like a brand new iPhone. The screen and body looked perfect and the battery was brand new. Only downside is non-Apple certified parts (or at least the battery) but it is a lot less expensive than buying a refurb directly from Apple so I guess that's the trade-off. I ended up returning and paying more for a brand new iPhone since I'm pickier about that sort of thing. Shipping was very fast and return was super easy.

The phone is in excellent condition & works as expected. Only complaint is that I purchased a new phone bc I was having battery issues. This one has a “non” apple battery so under battery health it just says unable to verify battery…& phone gets kinda hot & battery dies quickly…so I’ll probably be spending more money to replace battery or the entire phone. Still a great app & easy way to trade your phone for a great deal!

I bought this phone in fair condition. Appearance was better than expected -- looked very new -- Unfortunately the display was not an original Apple Part so there would be a "bang' on the settings function forever. I guess fair condition means it had some serious repairs done to it . I don't expect it to last very long.
