Received the phone quickly and easily usable with an available SIM card. The condition is like new!! Very nice and happy with the quality and timing of the service. I highly recommend Back Market as a source for quality reconditioned products. Awesome!

The phone I received was packaged very well, shipped quickly, and arrived undamaged. The parcel contained just the phone and a generic charger, no manufacturer packaging. This was what I expected since it was refurbished. The phone was in excellent condition, as described. The phone functions well with both SIM cards, and the screen and battery seem to be in near perfect condition. Overall great experience, would buy again.

I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

This is at least my 4th or 5th phone purchase from Back Market. The process has been extremely smooth. Great deals as opposed to buying a new $1K phone. All of my phones have worked flawlessly. (My last Galaxy S10+ had a line on the screen about 1.5 inches down. I should've returned it, but thought I could live with it. It did bother me though!) I've always bought unlocked phones because I don't use a big corporate cell service provider. I really like this S21+ 5G EXCEPT when it boots up it has the BRIGHT PINK TMobile Logo and sound, which I hate (due to bad experience with TMobile in the past)! I think I got rid of all the other TMobile branding like the browser landing page, the ringtone and TMobile app. I don't understand why whoever refurbished this phone didn't re-load a generic OS. All the other reburbished phones have never had any sort of corporate branding. Other than that, I'm OK with the phone, I guess. I still have 28 days to decide. I really don't see that TMobile logo that much, just when restarting the phone so it should be fine.

I was leary of purchasing a used / refurbished phone. I needed an unlocked phone to try out a few different carriers coverage in areas that I visit regularly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive what I believe is a brand new phone. Not a scratch or blemish to be found. Holds a charge for days. Looks, feels and functions like brand new.

S22 ultra was wifi nerfed. Where my Galaxy S9 and friends s21 /24 / note 20 every other Device would have perfect Wi-Fi reception the S22 Ultra would have little to no reception at all if you take one step away from the router you would experience extreme lag or get disconnected from the internet completely. This was not backmarkets fault backmarket was absolutely great thank you I will do business again Also I am not sure if the S22 Ultra I ordered that was Verizon locked refurbished could have had a issue with the Wi-Fi chip inside of it or if all as 22 ultra's are garbage for Wi-Fi connectivity. Anywho I decided to Not take my chances and get a different Galaxy completely. Overly satisfied

Great product. Good price but most of all i love that the phones are refurbished instead of ending up in a landfill. Would give a 5 star but they ship signature required and that is a major pain in my butt because I work 6 days a week and long hours, I am never home when the fedex guy shows up. I'm not worried about stolen packages as I live in a small community and there are cameras all over but there are no options to opt out of signature required.

I am really happy with my phone (OnePlus 10 Pro) and my experience using Back Market. My phone was shipped quickly and arrived within a week of ordering it. I can't tell it is even refurbished or that it is not new. It looks new and operates lightning fast. It was packaged professionally and has had not a single issue so far (it's been a few weeks). Thanks for everything!

I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again.
