I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

Ordered the worst condition available(fair) and couldn't tell it wasn't new aside from one or two almost invisible nicks on the metal frame. Highly recommend buying refurbished even if you want something high profile, the price and eco friendliness are rewarding enough not to mention the quality.

I am really happy with my phone (OnePlus 10 Pro) and my experience using Back Market. My phone was shipped quickly and arrived within a week of ordering it. I can't tell it is even refurbished or that it is not new. It looks new and operates lightning fast. It was packaged professionally and has had not a single issue so far (it's been a few weeks). Thanks for everything!

I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. Received the phone quickly and easily usable with an available SIM card. The condition is like new!! Very nice and happy with the quality and timing of the service. I highly recommend Back Market as a source for quality reconditioned products. Awesome!

I was really impressed with all the options and the prices of the merchandise. It was super easy to customise what I wanted and I like the flash deals that keep popping up. I was however, disappointed when I received my phone and there was a dent on the bottom next to the charging port. I bought the phone in "excellent" condition and there should not have been any visible marks on the phone. When I tried to contact costumer support the only option was to send the phone back. I was happy with everything else with the phone so I thought it was unnecessary. I would have liked to received some compensation instead as I don't believe the phone is in "excellent" condition. It's a shame there is no way to contact customer services about this as vendors can then continue to sell items that are slightly less quality than advertised. Despite this, as this was my first time ordering and the prices are very good I would order again off the site to see if this is a one off incident. The phone itself is great and a much needed upgrade from my previous. I'm glad I was able to buy a refurbished product rather than a brand new one for the sake of the environment.

Shipped fast and works great! I ordered two different phones from the same seller and the quality on both was great. the OnePlus 8 128G I ordered was the wrong color (was supposed to be green but ended up being the Interstellar Glow color they have) but I'm not even mad I like the color I got way more.

So far my experience with my refurbished iPhone 13 pro max 512 has been very good. I upgraded from a iPhone x. So it was a big upgrade for me that I've been wanting for years! Other then it taking 2 days longer then expected to arrive it came in great shape. There was a couple little nicks here and there but you really have to look to be able to tell and see them. Battery life 91% One thing that is going wrong tho is every time I try to take a pictures it is very blurry. Even changing the distance back and forth and messing with it. Any closer up pics are just completely blurry. I can take far away pictures but when I want to zoom in my daughter's face or my dog it's just a blurry mess. And the one thing I really loved about the pro max was the 3 cameras. So thats disappointing. But everything else is going great. And I would buy another phone from them. I will be reaching out them about what to do about the camera lense issue. If your thinking about ordering from this website I would definitely trust them and order from them again. I am glad that I did.

The phone I received was packaged very well, shipped quickly, and arrived undamaged. The parcel contained just the phone and a generic charger, no manufacturer packaging. This was what I expected since it was refurbished. The phone was in excellent condition, as described. The phone functions well with both SIM cards, and the screen and battery seem to be in near perfect condition. Overall great experience, would buy again.
