The refurbished magic mouse works great - was half price and was shipped within a week.

The screen had some pretty noticable wear on it but has not caused any issues. The front of the keyboard has a noticeable dent on it but again no issues. The Mac is fast and reliable. The only concern was cosmetic but not a bad unit for the price.

It is perfect as described when I ordered. However, it was not restored back to factory new setup. It booted to a person’s name and password. I had to restore and erase etc. That was not nice on your part and made the previous owner’s data vulnerable.

The tablet that showed up was different than in the description (actually a 32GB instead of a 16) and a different color. I unfortunately couldn't use it because it was not the mini. Return and refund process was pretty simple using BackMarket as the mediator

Great price, item as described and it looks and works like new. I saved about 60% off a new price and am completely satisfied.

Battery was dead (TO BE EXPECTED) so I just put a new one in and it paired seamlessly and worked great in my drawing program compared to the last pen (same model) which I lost and got this to replace. Great speedy delivery and will buy from here again if I need another!

I was skeptical about making a purchase from here but I heard great things from my friends. I was very happy with my laptop it was exactly as it was described in “very good” condition. It also shipped within 2 days, I will definitely be making more purchases!

The table is excellent, it is just not the right type I need. I am ordered it for a older person in a nursing home facility and am concerned about someone using my personal information to make purchases on it. The older person just wanted a tablet to play games on. So I think I will return it and just get an older model Ipad, which is what she had before it died on her.
