    I ordered two of this item. When I received the delivery, there was only one item included. I contacted Back Market to request that they resolve the issue. They offered a refund but demanded that I supply a photo ID in addition to pictures of the packaging and device. They refuse to begin an investigation without a photo ID. I think the requirement to provide a photo ID is unreasonable and refused to supply it.
