The laptop I received looked like it was brand new. After updating a driver, everything is fully fictional. The price and delivery was exaptational. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and prices.

Originally I purchased the excellent condition Asus ROG Strix G16. However, I received a G18 instead in a like new condition! The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend others to use Back Market!

Phone is great! 5 stars cause I couldn’t give 4….something….5(4.9 example) The best thing is the battery and how good the screen is. My biggest concern upgrading from the iPhone 8 was efficiency with the device but I have had this phone for 24 hours and have not ran into anything out of the norm… The issue are internet based which seem irrelevant but make the phone look bad at moments however I would like to add that my internet provider T-Mobile is the best one out there( only one I tried). Lol! To conclude I got this iPhone because the price was amazing!!!! And could not find it anywhere else. Amazon, eBay, and many other back market competitors… (Edited) Got this one exact model for my fiancé in Europe hope she enjoys it!!!

I love this company so first thing first I ordered a “iPhone 12 Pro Max” and they sent me a”iPhone 13 Pro Max”😭 okay then I got the phone and three days later I cracked the back of the screen…. So they send a card with there personal # and I called they answered And they communicate really well over the phone understanding etc…I sent the phone back and fixed it for me and sent it back the next day well ofc I didn’t get it the next day because it was the weekend so I had to wait next business day and I got it that day they were really communicative I love it 5 stars thank you!

I got an iPhone 12 and it was PERFECT other than the power button was alittle sticky, So I powered the phone off and poor alittle rubbing alcohol on it and it works like a DREAM. THANK YOU BACK MARKET STAFF!

Amazing! I was hesitating on getting the “good” version but it came as expected, no scratches, dings or anything! Everything was perfect & it even transferred everything from my old iPhone no problem! I’ll definitely be buying more devices soon!

Honestly, I thought I was going to get scammed but I'm glad I didn't, over all the phone is amazing took us 30 minutes to connect, it was a gift for my sister and I love it, gonna start buying from here now

Really satisfied with how fast and easy it was to order and it came very quickly. Just disappointed on how my battery health is at 86 in excellent condition* thanks was in very in need of new phone! :)
