Phone is great! 5 stars cause I couldn’t give 4….something….5(4.9 example) The best thing is the battery and how good the screen is. My biggest concern upgrading from the iPhone 8 was efficiency with the device but I have had this phone for 24 hours and have not ran into anything out of the norm… The issue are internet based which seem irrelevant but make the phone look bad at moments however I would like to add that my internet provider T-Mobile is the best one out there( only one I tried). Lol! To conclude I got this iPhone because the price was amazing!!!! And could not find it anywhere else. Amazon, eBay, and many other back market competitors… (Edited) Got this one exact model for my fiancé in Europe hope she enjoys it!!!

I love this company so first thing first I ordered a “iPhone 12 Pro Max” and they sent me a”iPhone 13 Pro Max”😭 okay then I got the phone and three days later I cracked the back of the screen…. So they send a card with there personal # and I called they answered And they communicate really well over the phone understanding etc…I sent the phone back and fixed it for me and sent it back the next day well ofc I didn’t get it the next day because it was the weekend so I had to wait next business day and I got it that day they were really communicative I love it 5 stars thank you!

I got an iPhone 12 and it was PERFECT other than the power button was alittle sticky, So I powered the phone off and poor alittle rubbing alcohol on it and it works like a DREAM. THANK YOU BACK MARKET STAFF!

The phone works great!!! Screen is perfect a few minor scratches on sides of phone but that is to be expected. So happy I upgraded from my old XS (which was another great phone I got from back market a year ago it worked perfectly as well). People think I have a better and new phone. I love this phone and the price was so much less than a new phone and I love it

Sent me a locked iPhone and had to send it back… shipped it off today hopefully next phone will be unlocked

It came in pretty quickly. I thought it was gonna take like a really long time, but it did not and I’m really happy thank you Back Market.

Device came in beautiful condition almost looks unused. Very satisfied with this purchase, would definitely buy from again!

Screen had visible scratches even when the phone was on. Phone was advertised as being in Good condition. Back Market's definition of Good is: Screen: Perfect condition; Body: May have micro-scratches visible from 8 inches away. As such, I returned the phone and received a refund. Thank goodness I ordered this phone on Back Market. No hassle 30-day return policy. I would buy from Back Market again but would think twice about choosing a phone refurbished by UC Technology Inc, the refurbisher/seller of the phone I returned.
