I am learning how to use the phone, so I am watching instructions on you tube. So far, everything is going great. The condition was in excellent condition. Happy with the purchase, I got lucky and the "Excellent" condition was slightly more affordable than the "Good." The physical condition of the phone was great, nearly new. The battery dies more quickly than a new phone would, I expected it to last longer with the "Excellent" condition - after ~30 minutes of use on apps and messaging it'll drop a handful of % points. A full charge won't last a full day but other than that it works well.

Thus iPhone SE (1st generation, 2016) is an older model, but the smallest iPhone you can get, which is what I wanted, and that’s what I was replacing. This iPhone SE from Backmarket was in great shape and works perfectly. It’s the third iPhone I’ve purchased from Backmarket, and I’ve been satisfied every time.

I love backmarket for great deals. This iPhone 7 looks and works great. I gave almost nothing for it. Every system in here runs smooth. I would recommend if you need a quick replacement phone. 2 issues to address are battery life. Which is not as great as I’d like. I was use to charging at the end of every evening. With this phone I have to charge 2 times daily. Sometimes 3 depending on my phone use and I use my phone for everything! Signal is another issue but that’s an apple issue not a backmarket issue. I live in a very rural area. The phones signal is horrible out here. When I’m in town it’s great. I’m still pretty happy with my quick replacement phone.

Just getting around to rating this as I'm looking into another new purchase. I purchased this iPhone 7 plus over 2 years ago and it's still going strong! No signs of wear or tear and I've somehow kept it that way. The only reason I'm looking to upgrade is becasue I can't seem to get all of the updates on this older version of iPhone anymore sadly. This was the second iPhone I purchased from back market and it's now the only place I will purchase phones from. I plan on purchasing 2 more phones in the next few months from back market.

I like my iPhone 7. I was disappointed that it came with a bad battery. This is the 5th phone my husband and I have purchased through Back Market and the first to have problems. I got a new battery put in at the local repair store but it cost an extra $60 on top of my new phone cost.
