Happy with the purchase, I got lucky and the "Excellent" condition was slightly more affordable than the "Good." The physical condition of the phone was great, nearly new. The battery dies more quickly than a new phone would, I expected it to last longer with the "Excellent" condition - after ~30 minutes of use on apps and messaging it'll drop a handful of % points. A full charge won't last a full day but other than that it works well.

Thus iPhone SE (1st generation, 2016) is an older model, but the smallest iPhone you can get, which is what I wanted, and that’s what I was replacing. This iPhone SE from Backmarket was in great shape and works perfectly. It’s the third iPhone I’ve purchased from Backmarket, and I’ve been satisfied every time.

I replaced my broken iphone SE (2016) 32 mb with this iphone SE (2016) 128 mb. Even though it's condition was listed as "fair", the phone looked pretty perfect to me! It was easy to restore my backup on it, too. I'm thrilled to have the extra storage space for a bunch more photos! The absolutely AMAZING part? The BATTERY HEALTH is 97 percent, more than DOUBLE what my broken phone has when it ended it's life. Super speedy shipping, well packed! Great communication and shipping notifications. It's been an adjustment going from android to apple, love the phone. Love that even though condition says good, while it's not pristine it's closer to excellent. Thank you and when I'm ready for a upgrade, Back Market will be my first stop.

Have purchased 3 iPhones from Back Market over the years; starting with i4 then upgrading to i7. The latest, another i7 in new like condition, is the right size for me. So much value in an 8 year old model I thought it was at black market pricing; the same as I felt with the i4 purchase. Can't recommend more highly.

ordered this phone about a month ago and is still holding up nothing wrong with it except micro scratches that aren’t visible when the screen is on. the battery health dropped 9% in only a month but it’s still holding up well. I totally recommend back market if you’re looking into getting a new phone

The device was a little dirty, just some smudges from residual glue, but nothing too serious. Other than awesome experience. Great price. The device was in condition just as advertised. This is my second time buying from Backmarket and will keep buying from Backmarket.
