I'm someone who prefers a refurbished item to a new one, not just because of price, but also an attempt at ethical consumption. This phone is pristine, works great, and is just the right amount of upgrade for me. I changed from a second gen iPhone New SE which means this is my first foray into no-button smart phones. Only thing I can't 100% sort out is how to focus the camera properly. Would recommend folks try this website for all of their tech needs!

The phone was in excellent condition. I had no issues swapping phones and have run across no glitches. I am very pleased. As someone who doesn't need the newest item, just a good functioning one, I am pleased to find a place I can find refurbished items without worry.

Got the Galaxy S21 5G 128GB unlocked (ordered the "excellent condition") and have used it with my Straight talk service for a few weeks now.. So far perfect! This is the second time I have ordered a phone from this website and have been happy both times!

I’ve ordered from this app two other times with different sellers, and tbh I’m not sure how I feel about this seller where I got the iPhone 12 mini from. I ordered the excellent version and the 64gb. The phone came at 81% battery life, the phone heats up like crazy and drains the battery too fast which I’m not too happy about, as I said before, I’ve order two other times with different sellers and those times the phones have came in at about 90% or higher battery life. Shipping was great though so that’s not what I’m complaining about. IMO the battery life could be better especially if you’re paying extra for the EXCELLENT version

Been using the phone for a few days now. Everything in excellent condition apart fron scracthes on the fingerprint sensor/power button. The screen has no burn-in, no scratches on the screen frame and back glass. It's a shame Samsung stopped making compact flagships.

It was in great physical condition ,like new. And it arrived with partial battery power. I had forgotten to order a screen protector, so that may be a prompt when the purchase is being finalized to add a screen protector. I had some trouble with moving my data to new phone as my old one was DEAD ! As well it took a few resets to get my apple watch connected thoroughly but it finally is working. Not sure what the problem was.
