speakerphone doesn't work and I can't use Zoom, video call, or have someone on speaker because of that. I reach out to customer service, I haven't heard anything and there's no number to call.

The PlayStation was packaged poorly and when received the top was coming off and the left side is cracked. We were able to reattach the top but it was definitely damaged during transit due to poor packaging.

The vendor sold me a lemon 🍋. A "LEMON"!! Looks clean from the outside. The inside was clean as well. But it still has hot air coming out. I have at least 3 issues that need to be corrected. I know, I have a warranty. But I don't have the patience for the shenanigans. Bottom line i like Black Market. It's the vendor that Black Market is dealing with is the problem.
