Very happy with my experience purchasing a refurbished phone for my 83 yr old father. He’s always had a trac phone and paid for minutes. This phone was affordable and easy to use. Plus I traded in a phone and got money back to help with the cost.

This phone for being refurbished at a battery health of 87% has been working really good and battery life hasn't been an issue. No scratches on the screen, just a couple scuffs on the chassis. Overall, worth the value and I think anyone looking for refurbished tech should check out this website.

We didn’t know what to expect since it was our first time buying a refurbished phone, but it exceeded our expectation and more! Everything was just as advertised (we bought it in “Excellent” condition), physically the phone was basically flawless— barely visible scratches (if any), speakers working great, the battery’s even up to 100%! On top of that, customer service is top-notch. Would def buy from BackMarket again!

This is a great way to update your tech! My iPhone 13 was delivered in excellent condition. It came with a charging cord and a screen protector. Easy to set up and I am waiting on an $85 trade in deposit to my checking for my old iPhone X. I liked the company so well I went ahead and ordered an Apple Watch from them as well! Can’t wait to receive it, should be a day or two. So bottom line- we’re doing better by the environment by not buying brand new, we are saving money and using newer tech. This is a win - win in my book!

so far, I am overall impressed with my recent unlocked iPhone 12. my previous iPhone had a failing battery and I intend to trade it in to get a tiny amount of cash. and my overall intention of getting an unlocked iPhone 12 is for mobile videography and not to show off. the battery lifespan is at 88% 2% below 90. the battery life seems to hold up and I believe I have up to 3 years to get Apple's IOS updates.

After having used Android for many years, the switch to iOS has dramatically improved my user experience. The Move to iOS app made the transfer of apps and data very easy. The size of the iPhone SE (2022) is perfect for work and travel. I can sit without having to take the phone out of my pocket. Since I only take photos and save them to the cloud, the 64GB of space is sufficient for me. Overall, I am very happy with the phone and the Back Market experience.

I purchased an iPhone 13 because the iPhone XR that I bought from Back Market continued to get hotter and hotter until it got to the point I could hardly hold it my hands. I'm returning the XR but I did receive this black iPhone 13 that I purchased in excellent condition at a great price. The communication was excellent as usual. I have made several purchases on Back Market and they are on top of any issues that arises. Back to the iPhone 13 that I received, the battery is at 98% which is outstanding and the only test that it failed on the phone test on Back Market was the vibration but I'm not gonna worry about that because I don't use vibration much on my phone. I highly recommend that market especially if you would like to save around 50% or more on your cell phone but just check the sellers ratings first. This iPhone 13 looks like brand new. I think I might get a tablet from them next!
