Overall im really happy with my experience. I was hoping to get a bit more for my phone but it’s super beat up so that’s expected. When I got my ‘new’ phone I decided to spring for the best condition option. There’s still a mark on the top of the phone that I wasn’t expecting but for refurbished it’s incredible. It’s definitely not brand new but I didn’t need that. So overall I got what I was looking for!

Got the phone in excellent condition and it’s good no cracks minor scuffs but it’s not a problem for me since last phone broke and it was easy transition for data and it’s true to color the only thing is the battery life not so great but that’s because it’s refurbished but overall good quality and condition would recommend for the price of it 😌💗

product works and is fully unlocked which I love. It was a tiny scratch on the screen but it is refurbished. Shipping was fast i just hate dealing with fedex. Package arrived one day late. Phone battery is on 100% which i’m super satisfied with! Will order from here again

This is my 4th time I've bought a refurbished iphone from Back market. I've never had any problems other than one iphone didn't let my program it from the beginning. Had to return it back. This SE3 I just bought is great. Transferred everything from old iPhone and connectivity is instant. Battery was at 94%; wish it was a little higher or newer battery. I had an older SE2 to trade in and had no problem with that too. Remember to keep the box they send it with; use it for returns or trade ins.

Pretty good for a refurbished phone. Camera and Home Screen has great quality, and doesn’t seem to have any hardware issues. The battery health is 83%. It seems a new battery would be the first thing replaced on refurbished. I have purchase 4 total devices and none of the devices have batteries with 100% charge capacity.

iPhone 12 i received is perfectly matching my expectations. The refurbished phones from back market are the best.

Very great condition, and in astonishing shape. I brought the excellent condition IPhone 12 blue and I’m not mad at all battery health percentage came at a 99% and there has not been a dim in battery health or how long the battery last yet and I’ve had it for almost a month now. I also recommended this app to my friend and he got a MacBook that came in crystal clear condition too and I believe he got his in excellent condition as well.

I bought the iPhone 14 for my son. It came on time and was in excellent condition. There was no issue with him installing the eSIM and transferring his data from his old iPhone. My daughter recommended your site and so far so good. Very professional.
