Absolutely fabulous transaction! The iPhone 13 mini is getting scarce and I was hoping to get one before they disappeared from the smartphone universe. The phone I bought from Back Market was pristine. Like new with no indication that it had ever been used. Battery health was at 88% which is more than acceptable. Overall it was such a great buy and fantastic experience that I would not hesitate to send anyone in the market for excellent refurbished electronics to Back Market.

I got an iPhone 12 to replace my 13 because it was so much cheaper and I didn’t want to start a new contract with current carrier. The refurbished phone I received was supposed to be unlocked and compatible with current carrier-the SIM card included could not be paired and I had to get new one from carrier. The phone does not hold a charge for long-I have to charge it every night.

I received a Iphone 12 128GB - White - Unlocked in EXCELLENT condition. There were no blemishes or scratches on the body, screen, or camera. My Mint mobile SIM card is working. And the battery percentage was 91%. I also checked the about section of the settings to check if any parts has been replaced and it showed nothing. However, I am suspicious of the screen as it doesn't seem to get as bright as my Iphone SE (2020). Also the screen is a bit elevated from the body which made me think that the screen might have been replaced. Not to mention that when I placed a screen protector on the phone, the touch sensitivity was poor. The phone is in excellent condition except with some issues with the screen. I'm choosing to keep the phone but I would warn people not to expect perfection when it comes to an excellent condition phone. It is still a refurbished phone.

I was really hesitant on getting a refurbished phone, I had my iPhone 8+ for about 7 years and I felt that I couldn't move on. I decided to look into a new device but $1000+ was not where I could go. I looked up Back Market and I found the phone I wanted. WOOOOW! I am impressed. The iPhone 12 is in pristine condition. Works like a charm and if I upgrade again, Back Market will be my first choice. I'm more than satisfied!

The refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 the I ordered was classified "fair" condition, I believe it was in better shape than that. I could only find little "dings" which didn't even show, once in the case and the screen was perfect. It is much faster that my old S9+, although there is a slight "learning curve for the new features.

I’ve purchased several devices from Back Market…and I keep coming back! This time there was a little ‘glitch’ in that after putting a screen protector on…my phone wasn’t nearly as ‘touch sensitive’ as before, which was frustrating. As I gently took the newly applied screen protector off…I discovered an extra ‘phone screen’ that was on top of the original refurbished phone. After putting a new screen protector on, the touch sensitivity is perfect…despite the ‘refurbisher’ error.

The phone is awesome. Whatever wear and tear it had they covered it up well with the refurbishment. The phone works just as well as if it were brand new. I couldn't be. I have passed this site on to others!

Better than expected, newly refurbished screen, good battery health and no scratches or dings even though I was fully prepared for some. Got this at half the price retail allowing me to have access to a $1,100-$1,200 IPad without breaking the bank. I would buy from this company again and have already recommended 3 people in my personal life.
