Absolutely fabulous transaction! The iPhone 13 mini is getting scarce and I was hoping to get one before they disappeared from the smartphone universe. The phone I bought from Back Market was pristine. Like new with no indication that it had ever been used. Battery health was at 88% which is more than acceptable. Overall it was such a great buy and fantastic experience that I would not hesitate to send anyone in the market for excellent refurbished electronics to Back Market.

I got an iPhone 12 to replace my 13 because it was so much cheaper and I didn’t want to start a new contract with current carrier. The refurbished phone I received was supposed to be unlocked and compatible with current carrier-the SIM card included could not be paired and I had to get new one from carrier. The phone does not hold a charge for long-I have to charge it every night.

I was really hesitant on getting a refurbished phone, I had my iPhone 8+ for about 7 years and I felt that I couldn't move on. I decided to look into a new device but $1000+ was not where I could go. I looked up Back Market and I found the phone I wanted. WOOOOW! I am impressed. The iPhone 12 is in pristine condition. Works like a charm and if I upgrade again, Back Market will be my first choice. I'm more than satisfied!

Everything was as expected for a refurbished phone. Works good cameras are good only problem I faced with this phone is the microphone for some odd reason it works perfectly fine on instagram calls voice memos/messages but on calls with my service provider all the other person hears is a lot of noise like if I’m in a hurricane a lot of wind and rain sounds

Great value for the phone, and it works great! Only problem is the refurbished glass is a little thicker than the real iPhone glass, so it’s slightly less sensitive. You get used to it, but it was a little annoying at first.

Backmarket has incredible customer service, and once again, they wowed me. This phone is in better condition than anticipated and by buying my own phone, I was able to escape my expensive cell contract and switch to a $15 a month plan that works perfectly for me. What’s more, I got way more than expected in a trade in for my old phone, which was functional but totally smashed. Thank you Backmarket and your amazing network of refurbishers. I tell everyone to shop here.

This is a great little laptop. My daughter has a disability and this laptop is very easy for her to use. Even myself as an adult started to enjoy using Chromebooks because of the ease of them. I already purchased two Chromebooks from Back Market previously. We love the ease of Chromebook’s compared to other laptops. All three Chromebooks purchased have all been in excellent shape. This new Lenovo N23 Chromebook seems to be the best one of all the 3 purchased. It has great accessibility features. Thank You! Back Market for selling such high quality refurbished electronics.

This is my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and my experience has been very wonderful! I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro (upgrade from the iPhone 12, always wanted a Pro just couldn’t afford one, until now) on 9th of July and just received it today 11th of July, super fast shipping and delivery! So far the phone is amazing. Just got it set up and ready to go. I got it in excellent condition and it truly is in excellent condition, I only seen one little mark on it! It came from Wireless Source from Back Market and they did amazing service, they even put a screen protector on it for me! I am truly impressed and very happy with my purchase and will definitely do another one when I need to upgrade to a new phone! Oh and the only thing is that the battery health is only 76%, wish it was more, but it is a used/refurbished phone. Thank you so very much!

I’m a little disappointed cause my recent phone I bought from backmarket less than a year ago (on Black Friday) broke and I paid more for this for less quality. (Due to exposure to moisture my warranty was void so here I am buying another phone less than a year after my last purchase:/) They tell you that aside from “excellent” quality phones you aren’t guaranteed apple parts and I chose good quality, the screen on this phone is 100% not apple. The phone looks beautiful, one minor scratch on the front and use on the camera lens but it’s functional so I can’t really complain (this is good quality) but the screen bugs me…. I can see the pixels and it is not the same apple quality. It feels like I’m looking at a laptop screen. I will probably consider trading in or returning and upgrading to an excellent condition later on when Black Friday rolls around. I don’t have any issues with this phone really it’s just I’m used to that apple screen look and instead I’m seeing a Samsung screen which is extremely noticeable when the background is white😭. Oh and the battery is backmarket standard 85% this is what most of the products I buy from here are. Overall 4/5 cause it’s cheaper than a new...
